First visit today. Was welcomed and treated with respect form the moment we walked in. We are husband and wife, both older vets and thanked for our service. We were told when things did and didnt fit right. Prices of the items we purchased beat Amazon. Wanted a certain item they were out of and instead of getting us to buy something else, offered to order it. Spot on, we'll be back!

The shop has a large variety of great products. We have dropped quite alot of money in there on more than one occasion. We purchased a pair of boots that unfortunately didn't fit correctly, not my husband's foot but unfortunately his bike and the boot don't work together. When we tried to return them we were told it has been too long and we're turned away. Weren't even given store credit. He would have literally put the money right back in your store right then? Not expressed due to the fact that we travel over 2 hours just to come to this store. The boot has never been worn other than to put in

On 03/19/2021, I returned to Renegade Classics to have a few velvet bags embroidered. I was expecting to see Ashley but instead I met Jodie. I explained to Jodie what I wanted embroidered on the bags and when I needed them, which was within a week.

My husband surprised me with a stop here today knowing that I needed a better fitting helmet. We had awesome service from Dillon! I have been here multiple times for adds and ends of sorts, and each time it is great. The have a huge selection of leather from chaps to gloves. They are more then willing to help you with any questions you have, and the customer service for me has always been great. Today I was in getting some patches sewed on my vest, it was cheap, quick, and perfectly done. All I can say is this a great shop to get just about all your biker supplies. Make no mistake though, you come in with an attitude and you will surely get it back. All in all check this place out, its great!!

This is definitely a biker's paradise. They have the best selection of gear and helmets. They can also custom make patches. If you buy leather from them they will also alter it for free or for a greatly reduced price. But the best part is the staff. They are very helpful without being pushy. Jodie is the best! Always has a smile and is very patient and understanding. But the only reason I don't mention the rest of the staff is simply because I have a horrible memory.

We were in town one day looking for gear to get me going on my new ride. We went to two other bike shops. We might as well have been invisible. No service at all. Then we searched for other bike shops in Tucson. We found Renegade Classic Outfitter. Immediately we were greated by Ashley. I had decided on a Bell helmet. When i asked her about it i was told that it would not fit properly. That it was round and i have an oval head. She showed me three different styles and various prices. During the conversation she told us that they actually train to fit people with gear. I did decide on the Scorpion

I've hit pretty much every biker shop in Phoenix and Tucson (I live between the two) and these guys are the absolute best. Great selection, nothing but quality product, and after learning the hard way because of "convenience" no one but Ashley is allowed to touch my cut ever again. Don't trust anybody else.

Rode in from Sierra vista to check the store out. Hugh selection of quality leathers and accessories along with a wall of patches. The ladies were helpful and friendly. I ended up buying a leather vest and a t-shirt. Anytime I'm in the area I will stop in to see what's new and say hi to the friendly staff.
