I had a great experience with this dealership. I was in the market for a new GSA. There were none left in the state in which I live. As I began to look throughout the country, I found one at Iron Horse, and three others I sent inquiries. Jim responded to my inquiry within hours, and we exchanged messages throughout the weekend and on a holiday. Even though this motorcycle wasn’t the closest, I appreciated Jim’s efforts, willingness to answer my questions, and deal with my particular situation (buying a replacement for a totaled bike, coordinating timing with insurance, etc.). This was my best experience purchasing a motorcycle!! (and I had many over the years). Jim was outstanding!! very responsive, easy to transact with, attentive to all my needs and a great guy all around!! I am in Florida and I purchased a BMW 1250GS over the phone and had it shipped to me. Everything worked perfectly, Jim made the process so easy and I ended up with a great bike! These folks rock. From sales to apparel to service. I am always amazed when I am in there how much they all care about me as the customer and they have always made me feel more like a friend. I would consider myself a "demanding" customer so I am never quite sure if my requests will be well received but they always make me feel like they are glad to see me coming. I have spent the last few summers back East and the closest BMW dealership is 5 hours away in any direction from my home. Since my local dealerships could not get the bike I wanted, I did my first fly and ride and the salesman, Jay Everett made it easy and worry free. From picking me up at the airport and having everything ready to go so I could get on the road without delay, Jay had all the bases covered. He went through the operation of the bike ready to answer any questions I had and even followed up by texting me after delivery to make sure all was going well.
