I had Joseph R. Pricone represent me for a criminal case matter! I was at Mark Williams office at 8 am I didn’t have time to set up a meeting I had to be seen ASAP. He met with me at 9am had a consultation with me that day told me his price and from there on he was handling my case! Paid $300 for a consultation with Alysa Philips. At the end if the consultation she told me their firm required a $5,000 retainer fee. I spoke with their office manager about weekly payments and she said NO. Why wasn't I told up front that they a had this policy?? I would have found another consultant.

unfortunately I was not present for the hearing, I ended up lost and had an asthma attack.
Ashley (who works with Scott) found me and escorted me to court, Since I was light headed and weak, I would not have made it without her assistance.
I really appreciated Ashley finding me and helping me back to court; she was so lighthearted about the entire thing, she acted like finding lost, "late for court" clients sitting on curbs is the norm. it made me feel better since I found it rather embarrassing.

I had a reckless driving charge as I was speeding well over the limit and charged fo reckless driving for speed which would have resulted in maximum fines and possible jail term and suspension of license.
