They not only explained the policy coverage in detail, but they shopped my policy needs before renewal to determine if they could get me a better deal rather than just pitching the renewal of the existing policies! Something is up when employees have to rate their own account with 5 stars. So here is a real rating from a real client. Just recently I effortlessly signed a release letter to hand over my entire account to a new insurance firm of my choice. This was due to decline in performance recently. We exsperianced high turnover so we never knew who our agent was. And when we called, the person answering had to get with someone else, and they had to get with someone else. But the one thing everyone did have in common was that they all- said we are new here. !
