Would not recommend the service department, especially for tires. My son had two brand new road tires/stems put on his 2008 Kawasaki Versys 5 months ago. He probably has only put 500 miles on the tires in 5 months. He was getting to a stop light recently and his front end started pulling heavy...he looked down and his tire was near flat. Limped the bike home to fill the tire with air, and once he gets it filled back up, it is clear there is air leaking from where the stem meets the rim. Son called service to see if they could get him in, and inquired why the stem would fail so soon and asked if

Fun place to vist and tons of bikes new and used.
Prices are dealership high but that's to be expected.
On a low note we walked around the entire place and tried out different bikes for over 45 minutes and was never approached by anyone. I continued to ask questions louder and louder but noone approached to answer them.
Also, numerous used bikes had no price on them and we had to seek out a salesman to get the numbers.

If I could give them no stars I would. First of all they used a old salesmen tactic on me by keeping me there for almost the whole day. I was there to buy a used dirt bike they had. They claimed they were having trouble getting me financed with a credit score of 750 plus. So I offered cash for the bike. Then when they finally got me financed and have me sign the papers. The salesman tells me that I can get a extended warranty on the bike. I ask how much and he says it's already included in the price of the bike. Which meant that he already charged me an extra $3500 to my loan. I didn't catch it

Star City Scammers. The service manager and all 5 mechanics couldn’t screw in a light bulb if you put them all in the same room for a full work week. Finance will tear you to shreds and sell you a service plan that isn’t worth the paper its written on but somehow costs $2,000. Even if you insist you don’t want it they’ll still sneak it in. All around terrible business, you will regret dealing with every department here

I walked in and was immediately greeted and I was able to tell them what I was looking for, they got me directed to the right person and he was able to show me several options at a wide range of prices and functions. He even checked the inventory online and we were able to get something ordered! Thank you to the guy working behind the counter who helped me get an awesome helmet with a Bluetooth speaker. I can't wait till it arrives 😁

Excellent service. Erica in the service department got me in for a tire change before my actual appointment. In and out very quickly. Thanks Erica. I forgot to mention that Tanner did an excellent job as well. He checked the oil, tire pressure, brakes and much more. It was nice to have all of that checked even though it was only supposed to be the tire change. I should have mentioned this before and the mechanics often don't get the credit that they should.
