Superb salesmanship! These cats are top notch. After my deal blew up in Council Bluffs I called Jim on the way back to North Platte and asked can you hook a fella up with a cargo trailer? He Said “it’s a great day to buy a trailer!” I said “let’s mKe a deal!” Long and short of this review 30 min later I was on my way and money getting wired on Monday. Customer service was top notch. Marcus trailers immediately responded to my text messages and sent me pictures and information on the trailers I was looking at. I did a lot of research and compared prices from 5 hrs to where I live, Marcus pricing had the best competitive pricing. Bought a new cargo trailer Oct. 2019. Had a problem with fender lights. Manager never would call me back to solve the problem. It is a pretty good trailer but after you buy one, good luck getting any service. Called the factory and even they could not get the manager to contact me. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!

These guys were great to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics and they were very friendly. I had an idea of which trailer I wanted and was able to drive away with it in less than an hour. This is a great place, I came unknowingly after hours and called the owner, he said he would be right there. He showed up within 10 minutes on his day off and sold me an awesome red trailer for my tree service. I am very happy with it. I worked on it all weekend to get it just right to hold everything I needed it to. Thank you for an awesome trailer!
