Service is a passion of ours. After 16 years of owning and operating Sitting Pretty Decor, providing exceptional wedding decor products and services, we are excited to embark upon this new venture. We have put our hearts into fully restoring and renovating these two 1895 two-story brick buildings to make it the ultimate hip, urban, vintage venue.
The 3 Ten Event Venue proudly offers day of coordination service to our clients! Below you will find a list of complimentary Event Coordinator services, as well as our superior Day of Coordination package. Ensure ceremony (if onsite), and reception site is decorated as planned such as set up guest book, ceremony programs, favors and guest seating arrangements.

The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft is completed and we can't be more excited! With beautiful exposed brick walls, beautiful maple floors, exposed timbers, and vintage chandeliers. The grand atrium which can be used as a cocktail, ceremony, or dining space boasts the original pressed tin ceiling, vintage chandeliers and lots of natural light.

We're so glad we went with The 3 Ten for our wedding - it was such a gorgeous space to host our ceremony and reception. We loved this venue from the first time we saw it - the exposed brick, the chandeliers, the exquisite bridal and groom suites - it's stunning throughout. We were also pleased that we could bring in our preferred caterer for our big day, and The 3 Ten was flexible in allowing us to make our day just how we wanted it. Sammy was attentive and quick to respond to our million questions, and Amanda and Jenny were also helpful in making our wedding a success. We received so many compliments

Hands down one of the best venues in the metro area! As someone who also runs a wedding venue I must say the staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond to take care of you. Jennifer, Sammy and the bartender Rachel were all so easy to work with, friendly and on top of every single detail! My wedding day was perfect and all my guests are still talking about how amazing the venue was. If you want a venue that has it all under one roof I highly recommend The 3 Ten.

Hands down one of the best venue experiences I’ve ever had! We held our parents’ 50th Anniversary in The 3 Ten’s new space and it was perfect! Every detail was thought of building it out. While we had a fraction of the people the space could hold, it still felt like the exact size we needed. The owners and the staff were great to work with and very accommodating to our plans for the event - especially in the Covid world we are in. This is a true gem and will recommend this to anyone looking for a space to host an occasion!

Beautiful wedding venue! Very easy to work with, prompt communication with any questions leading up to the event. We had about 300 guests, did a buffet style dinner and there was plenty of space for all of this. The bridal suite was beautiful and there was a lot of space for my large wedding party to get ready in. Great lighting for indoor photos in the venue, this is where we did all of our group photos and they turned out great! We got married in February so having this option for indoor photos was huge!

We loved having our wedding at the 3 Ten Event Venue. The venue is so beautiful. It's exactly what I envisioned when I pictured my perfect venue: the brick walls, the wood floors, the gleaming wood bar, the chandeliers... The day of your wedding, you get access to bride and groom suites, which are both perfect for hanging out and getting ready.

Loved loved LOVED being at The 3 Ten Event Venue! I photographed a wedding there in November and already can't wait to be back in May for another! The bridal suite was stunning, and the guys space was perfect - filled with games and a tv where they can watch football before the festivities begin! The exposed brick and the chandeliers made the space such a gorgeous place for a wedding! The coordinator was also super helpful!

My daughter had her wedding here 10/11/19, the place was beautiful, the wedding party really loved spending time in the bridal and groomsmen suites. The ambiance of the venue created a lot of beautiful photo opportunities (especially on a really cold day where we couldn't go outside). Some things go wrong at every wedding and we, unfortunately,… had more than our fair share of issues. My mother and I were beyond emotional and upset about some of the problems we ran into. Jennifer (the owner) reached out to us, validated our concerns, and was effective in making sure we all left the event

Recently attended a live music event at the 3 Ten Event venue and it was great! I didn’t know such a place existed in downtown Faribault. It’s a huge space. Pictures don’t do it justice! The bar had an awesome selection of beers and alcohol and staff was beyond helpful and friendly. My friends and I are definitely looking forward to more live music here!

I just had my wedding at the 3 ten, I had multiple people come up to me through the night saying how beautiful it was and asking how I found it. The staff was also incredible, Senyca was always very responsive to my emails throughout the entire process and on my wedding day she was super helpful and even calmed me down when I was a bit upset, and… said she was happy to see me dancing and enjoying myself after a stressful situation. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue or event coordinator. I sadly forget the bartenders name but she was also extremely sweet and tending to everyone

3 Ten was a dream! All their staff was a pleasure to work and very professional and organized throughout the day. They constantly where checking in with us to see what they could do and how things were going which helped make our night so stress free! All our guests also couldn't get over how beautiful this venue was also, so unique and gorgeous.
