Services
The frame of your vehicle is comparable to the foundation of your home. It must be strong and precise before anything can be built or repaired around it. Metal repair and replacement is an extremely critical phase. We strive to use original replacement parts and factory approved repair procedures. All necessary corrosion protection procedures are used to meet or exceed factory corrosion warranties.
Automotive painting and refinishing is truly an art. Matching the exotic finishes found on many of today's vehicles requires special expertise in application techniques, such as state-of-the-art equipment and trained technicians. PPG Industries' vision is to continue to be the world's leading coatings and specialty products company.
All estimates are computer generated to guarantee the most complete estimate possible. We make every effort to give a precise estimate the first time; this sometimes requires minor disassembly of damaged areas and a bit more time. An accurate estimate is the key for a smooth flow of the repair process, so you and your insurance company know what to expect.

Midwest Auto is a little known secret you wish you'd have heard of earlier. Great service. Small shop who does great work for a reasonable price. They have a satellite office in Longmont but the shop is out in Wattenberg. Appreciated their help when it seemed like I'd have to get rid of the car. They worked magic!!

This is a very caring, local body shop. They do business a little differently than I expected, but delivered top rate customer service, communicated the whole way, worked with the insurance company, dropped me at work when I turned car in for repairs, and met me at the rental car place so I could turn in the rental and pick my vehicle up at the same time. Bri and Richard were great, I would highly recommend this auto body shop.

One thing about Midwest is that the office is one room in a sort of run down looking office in a strip mall in Longmont. They have to drive the cars dropped off at the Longmont office to their shop location in Wattenburg 23 miles away. One advantage of this is that the sales tax is 3% vs. Boulder Co. would be 8% but it's a hassle to be so far away when follow up is needed. The first appt. I asked for 3 quotes on all the various damage to the car. Although we had an appt. I had to wait 20 min before he was ready. When I got home I realized all the areas of damage were not quoted like I asked

I've been trying to get a relatively small issue taken care of for months. They said they could do it, they said they found a part but just needed to double-check it fit my vehicle. I called them initially and they were really friendly and I took my car to their other location, where they looked it over and told me what the problem was. Within a couple hours they found the part they needed to fix it, but they said they had to double check the specs to make sure it would fit because it came off a slightly older car. I waited a week and didn't hear anything, so I called them and asked, they said

These guys are fantastic! I was in a solo-car accident on I-25 in Denver in a ferocious snowstorm on Saturday night. Skidded off the highway down an embankment. Miraculously, my passenger and I escaped any injury; and the only damage to my prized 2008 Shelby GT500 was the driver-side mirror and a panel on the right rear fender. I went into Midwest Auto Body on Monday morning and spoke with Jay who, coincidentally, is a Mustang enthusiast. As I am driving cross-country, time was of the essence. Long story short, I'm writing this on Tuesday afternoon after returning from having my car repaired
