These are some of our definitions for "Quality" at Colorado Collision Repair, Inc. Colorado Collision Repair was established in the spring of 1989 to provide quality auto collision repair to the community. At Colorado Collision Repair, complete customer satisfaction is our goal. To accomplish this goal, we have developed systems and procedures to satisfy your needs for any automobile collision repair, large or small.
Many accidents result in frame or unibody damage. Our frame department carefully evaluates each vehicle and straightens as necessary. Each car or truck has either a separate frame and body, or a unibody, where the two are connected. Our shops are fully equipped for frame work. Vehicles are driven onto the frame machine and the laser measurement system assesses the damage.
After the original estimate and intake the repair process for the body of the car begins. The affected areas are disassembled and any further damage is evaluated and written into a supplement. The supplement notes any parts or labor hours necessary that were not visible during the original estimate.
Our office staff provides free estimates. After an appointment is made to bring the vehicle to the shop, one of our estimators goes out to evaluate the it and note any visible damage. The information is input into our estimating system, and a preliminary estimate of the cost and time required for the repair is made.

My car was transferred to this location from the Arvada branch, which concerned me initially given I am not familiar with their work. Once they had received my car, they called me to let me know of all damages they found from the car accident. Throughout the process of them fixing my car, they kept me updated every step of the way and dealt with all of my questions and concerns. Someone bumped into my car, and a mechanics recommended this shop for body work.
Colorado Collision & Repair went above and beyond to get the job done, even fixed some old scratches (no extra cost). My 3-year old car is now like brand-new (well, exterior at least).

They did a good job on my son's truck actually found out that the frame was bent after being rear-ended however they claim that there was hail damage on my son's truck and there was obviously no hell damage we have pictures to prove it. In my opinion they should have gotten a insurance adjuster to come evaluate the pickup look for contacting the insurance company and discussing hail damage also there were other things that they said that was wrong with the truck or the truck didn't have my son caught these errors and had to contact the insurance company could get them to add more money

I wasn't pleased with the final outcome of my back-bumper replacement. After a couple weeks, I got my car back and I showed them where the new bumper cover (I guess back bumpers are called bumper covers now days) was loose and easily detached from the fender. They offered to glue it together while telling me the manufacturer of the replacement bumper was possibly the problem. I declined their offer to patch it together. I went home to use some thin-copper wire I had in my garage to bind it together. It's been over a year since Colorado Collision Repair, and MY solution seems to be holding

Rude and incompetent. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to get repairs on an older Toyota truck. I told them the year and model over the phone before arrival, upon arrival I was told they could not repair the vehicle due to it's age. On top of that, the grumpy old lady at the desk with the mullet was rude the whole time.
I would not recommend going here. WASTED MY TIME!

Positive experience all around.
My truck was backed into and I was using these guys because they were close by and a the other party's insurance company had them on their list of preferred shops.
They were polite, professional, and even though I didn't have to pay for the repair, the estimate seemed super reasonable.
The work was top notch and was done in a reasonable amount of time.
Not a single complaint.

Wow! Colin is the best! I hated to wait for the repairs but understood, due to the hail damage claims that were backed up. It took a couple of months to even get in there but the wait was worth it. I believe these guys care about your vehicle and definitely about the repair results they meticulously return to their customers. You would be smart to come here and not the suggested company of your insurance people. Thank you for a job well done.

I was in a little fender bender a couple moths ago by no fault of my own. The other guys insurance provider had Colorado Collision as one of their preferred vendors so I decided to give them a try. I took my car in the week before Memorial Day weekend, and after the big hail storm that hit. They were slammed with business but took my car in the same day, and got it done in 2 short days, BEFORE the holiday weekend! They even vacuumed and washed my car for me, returning it in better condition than I left it! I highly recommend Colorado Collision. They are very professional and will do a great job

First off I drop my car off at 8:30am and now I am sitting outside their shop since 5:20pm and they are CLOSED!! We went back at 1:30pm to decline the additional damage the front office receptionist quoted us $1500 when originally they quoted $633. We call 3 pm to find out how much longer until our car is ready and what do you know COLLIN is not in the office but he'll call back when he returns. Did he not show back up to finish his work?? Was the message even communicated to him?!?!!?! We have a road trip planned to California on Wednesday, it's now 5:40pm on Friday, they are closed

The work they do is great! They are idiots though! I brought my vehicle there because it was hit, once fixed thats when the nightmare started! I owed a percentage of a tire that needed to be replaced. I paid it with the money the insurance company give me. Then i had to fight with them and the adjuster for months! The shop claiming i haven't paid my part and wanting me to pay for twice! After two months of emailing and phone calls from these people, i had to go down there and physically show them the estimate (that they received several times) and the recept ( they printed off for me) before

I will not use there service colen is a crook he charge me 614.00 on estimates i was never informed estimates were not free. Besides that they keep my part that were not defected. I had to go for a second time and get the other parts . Theretow service is ridicoulously expensive 188.00 They are out to get you and the insurances. I consider that fraud

A jeep backed up into my rear door, and I needed to get it replaced. I got a couple quotes from local shops. Colo Collision was willing to track down and order a used door to match my car. I dropped it off, and when I picked it up, they had found a door cheaper than the quote. They did a good job to provide a reasonable replacement that matched and looked good. I walked away paying almost $200 less than the initial quote. Matt was really helpful and the service was excellent.

These crooks will mislead and deflect to avoid telling you the real story or giving you a real timeline to plan for.
They do not have the capacity to manage big collision repairs. It will take 2-3 times longer here than any reputable shop.
Please, find a shop with a good recommendation from someone you trust. You will regret using these clowns.
