Computer Solutions

I have been doing computers for longer than i care to remember and a friend had previously taken his laptop to this establishment! Be leary if you opt to do the same! They put in a new hd and windows 10. He had some problems with his laptop so I said I would look at for him. Lo and behold the idiot that worked on it wedged the hard drive in with a folded up piece of cardboard, did not install a caddy, which in this model uses two rubber rails on the side of it and the hd cover was broken! All the tech had to do was order the rails and a hd cover and it would of been a good repair! However

I called them multiple times as they dont pick up and I leave messages but to no reply okay its tooken care of now but do you guys do soldering?

I can't stress this enough, do not go to these people. My fiance took his computer there twice, the first time he was just supposed to swipe the hard drive clean and they downloaded a bunch of stuff on his computer, it now shuts off and freezes all together that was 70$ down the drain. The second time he took it there, they were going to charge him 75 dollars to do it again!! All he did was mess up his computer more. I repeat. Do not take the computers there.

They have had three laptops of mine for several weeks. All I wanted to know is if these machines would power-up as I do not have power cords for them. Was told one day after they called me that they would call me right back. Never got another call. Finally stopped by to inquire about status. I was told they were trying to find cords to test two of my units with.
