I would never take my computer anywhere else. Vance is a young man with great knowledge about computers. He will explain so you can understand. My husband was very sick one time and Vance ask for his name to put on pray list at his church. This impressed me so much.

I am practically illiterate when it comes to technology. I needed a new computer but had to find someone who would transfer files, etc from old computer. My son recommended Egan's PC Service. Mr. Egan called me to ask what brand computer I wanted & proceeded to give recommendations, prices, & comparisons. Order placed & received w/i two days. Within two more days, he had completed all the preliminary set-up, calling me several times to inform me of changes that were needful. Once I got the computer home, I had no internet b/c I had failed to save my password from the router. He volunteered to try

I brought in an almost 10 year old laptop, with an overheating problem, windows 7, and a broken screen. In a week, it's back to running fast and cool with windows 10 and everything works perfect. I purchased my computer from Vance Egan's PC Service 5 years ago. At that time he setup all that I needed for my computer to do what I wanted it to. Every year since, he has updated my security and answered any questions that I have ask him. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He has always given me excellent service. I appreciate everything Mr. Egan done for me. The honesty with what was wrong with my laptop was a blessing. He was very thorough. He had my laptop fixed in 24hrs. He also would text me to let me know what he found and how to fix it with my approval. I would recommend his services to anyone. The prices are reasonable and worth it.
