I'm African American with fair/ medium skin tone. I came to the Parlour for laser hair removal (underarms, abdomen, Brazilian and full legs). I've been wanting to get laser for sometime but 1) it's extremely costly and 2) I'd heard that sometimes laser isn't as successful on darker skin tones. THEN I found the Parlour and Audrey. Literally one of the BEST cosmetic decisions I've ever made. I just finished my 6th session and I'm almost completely hair free (my under arms and legs are basically hairless, I'm going to do a couple touch up sessions for Brazilian

I just want to start off by saying that everyone who works here is amazing. I was recommended Audrey's services by a mutual friend and I am so glad she did. Initially I was planning on going for waxing services, but my first day there I was enticed by the info on laser hair removal and asked Audrey if she could go over some questions I had about it, as it is something I had always wanted to do but never really followed through on. After talking to her I decided to go for it that same day. I've been going about every 6 weeks for my appointments and let me tell you, I am loving my new body

The staff at the parlour feels like you’re out of miami! all the ladies have the upmost respect for each client that walks in along with an fantastic attitude! I have never trusted anybody more with my skin than these group of ladies here at the parlour! i’ve lasered my entire body along with multiple facials, lash extensions, etc. i will not let anyone mess with my skin besides these group of honest gals!

Audrey is amazing! I love coming to the Parlour because I am treated nicely and I look forward to doing my laser with Audrey. She's done laser for my mom and sister as well. I have only done two sessions on my arms and I am already barely seeing any more hair! Super happy. I also just did my lash extensions at The Parlour and they came out really nice. I received compliments on the first day I got them done. I would recommend everyone to come here. Superior service! I trust Audrey with my skin and beauty needs!

My experience here has been horrible . I paid 1900 for laser hair removal and and three treatments of micro needling. First off the candela machine they use is old, very painful and She doesn’t numb. After three treatments I had more hair and after every treatment I broke out In Rashes. I stopped the laser because I wasn’t having a good reaction toward it. I asked for a refund and Audrey told me it doesn’t work that way. So I started the micro needling and mind you, I paid for three. I was on my way to the micro needling appointment but was running late so I called the parlour to let them

I had just moved to Miami and had some lashes that weren't done the best in tampa so it was extremely last minute right before the stay at home order went into effect. I didn't want to be stuck with lashes on.
Booking was as easy as it should be. Everyone was sweet and professional. Sanitization was definitely their specialty with everything going on with COVID-19.
Paid $40 for a removal that will be towards my next lash application and I am super excited to go back when this mess is all over with.
10/10 hell ya I'll be back.

Okay, so I need to re update the review. Audrey was very concerned with why I was unhappy and gave me a free session. She looked at my hair, explained the machine to me, and the different skin types and wave lengths. I found her really helpful and could tell that she cared too by the way she answered all my questions and was patient with my dissatisfaction. I will be returning for touch ups!

I love this place! The results are phenomenal and Audrey does everything she can to make me comfortable. She must be very gentle as well because my skin has very little reaction. After one session of laser hair removal I had significantly less hair and it was thinner. After several weeks, it had grown back and I could tell it was definitely reduced. Just had my second session and I'm excited to see the progression.

This is by far THE BEST place for laser and facials that I have found in south Florida. I have not tried their other services but they do an amazing job at everything from the looks of it. Audrey does a great job at the facials I've done and the laser sessions. I've had laser done before with little results but here I feel like I've seen more results in half the time than at the previous place I had gone to. I think their prices are very fair and their service is beyond amazing.

THE NOT SO GOOD: We confirmed an appointment weeks prior, and the day of, they had no record of me. I showed them proof of our booking and they scrambled to reschedule me for the following day. A huge inconvenience, but I let it go.
Most importantly, the laser hair removal was sloppy. I spent over $400 only to be left with many patches and stripes of hair that Audrey missed. I've never had a laser hair removal done this poorly. And I'm going to have to pay another clinic to correct this issue.
I brought this to Audrey's attention via email and she replied saying "My business

I had never done threading and decided to give it a shot since waxing for me is a no. I use acne medication that doesn't mix well with wax. I am so so so so happy with my eyebrows! My friends noticed the difference right away and I even had some random person say "I love your eyebrows!"
Its very hard for me not to pluck or trim but Audrey told me to wait 3 weeks and come back and I'm on week 2, it's well worth the wait and I'm stoked to go back! Haven't touched one hair
