Horrible. I said I wanted a pedi and Bio seaweed gel mani. They handed me a palette of biowseaweed gel sample colors to choose from. So I did my pedi, then went to do my mani. She didnt have any bio. I showed her the palette I was given which stated BIOSEAWEED GEL, she said no dont have, then proceeded to break my nail in half then laugh about it. Deceptive just to get you in chair.Owner said employee didnt understand me but she did because she handed me the sampler to choose bio color. They need to be honest and they need to clean the place. I should have walked out when I saw how dirty it was

Very unsatisfied!! thought I would give them another go because all the great reviews wanted a mani pedi talked me into gel on my fingernails...she rushed said my nails were oily so she did one at a time they were uneven wavy chipping they just rush to get to the next customer don't take time to do it right!!.. went back 2 days for refund or make it right....which they refused my refund??.. Who does that???said they would make it right ...sat down asked me which ones needed fixed I said all of them said my nails grew out...not in 2 days and nails don't widen! they preceded to say its my nails that

12.14.21 update… My second Pedicure here and although my last one was great, today, Mary took it to a whole new level. Mary has amazing healing hands and her leg and foot massages were the best I have ever experienced!
Everyone here is awesome but after today I will be requesting Mary for my pedicures.
Great services, great work and friendly staff. I always enjoy getting my nails done here!

What a great experience! Randomly found this place from Google and I'm so glad we did! My mom and I got pedicures and it was the best pedi I've ever had! We did the honey pearl pedi. The ladies were soooo kind!! They have a great selection of polish to choose from. If I were a local I would absolutely come back here for all of my services! Thank you everyone at Fola for such a wonderful experience.

I took my daughter in to get a fill for her acrylics which she got a new set 3 weeks ago. Then the lady proceed to remove all of her acrylics saying how they were old and her nails are to long (which she could've just cut the nails). And then she kept getting up to wax peoples eyebrows when we were there first. We kept explaining to her how we wanted her nails she said she would fix it then she cut them all off. I got the cats eye and it was a dark purple color the lady was painting my nails and it was a red color, she couldn't figure out how to use the magnet and was saying how my nails

The worst experience I have had at a nail salon. Went there to treat my daughter and I to a pedicure for her birthday. Not a clean place and tried to up sell you when was clearly stated we wanted basic pedicures. Did a half @ss job at best. Go somewhere else, since nail salons are like Walgreens, o every block, and get a higher quality service!

Had a less than stellar experience. Went in for a gel manicure with a friend. The nail tech I had didn't use cuticle oil or push the cuticles back. Just went to town clipping away. My friend's nail tech was more careful and did a better job, with cuticle oil and a cuticle stick. The nail polish application was good; no bubbles and even coverage. We got gel polish + gel top coat, which according to the website should have been $15 + $5 = $20 total. We were upcharged $8, for a total of $28. Reason unclear and the receipt didn't say anything. The pricing on their website & what they tell you on the phone is different and less then what they actually charge you. It looks dirty inside and the nail tech didn’t do a good job at all. I watched them have 3 different people sit in the same chair without wiping down the chair, counter or anything or even washing their hands in between customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. The lady was giggling at ABSOLUTELY NOTHING the whole time and was tweaking. The lady didn't even massage one of my legs. Then proceeded to paint them, after the painted them she went in with the cuticle plucker again and scrapped the nail and had to redo the whole thing. Because she had to redo it, there was cotton that got stuck to my toenail in the process. I could have done a better paint job myself. There was a reason it was empty when we walked in.

I absolutely love this salon. My sister has special needs and frequent seizures. These compassionate ladies always accommodate to make it possible for her to get her nails done. I have never been to a nail salon that supports people with special needs in the way they do.
My polish lasts forever and they are the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I will never go anywhere else again.

The people are nice, but I have to tell you, the older lady who does nails ruined my nail bed with the drilling (too much) for gel nail. I had to give my nails a break for months because of it. I felt bad and didn't want to say anything right then, but in reality, my nails hurt for days and days. I think the others there may be better, but it made me not go back. They are friendly, but a bit too fast I think. Which in some cases may be good, but rushing sometimes makes mistakes easier.

I came in for a pedicure as a walk-in customer and was immediately sat in a pedicure chair. They were very friendly and professional. The pedicure was nice and lasted about 35 min. The leg & foot massage was just ok and on the short side. Overall is was a decent pedicure, not the best I've ever had but it served its purpose in holding me over until my regular nail girl at another salon could fit me in.

If you are in a super super hurry this is the place for you. I requested (and paid for) the deluxe pedicure..and maybe I misunderstood deluxe, apparently is was code for EXPRESS. There were maybe four other people in the pedicure chairs when I got there, all in looked to be about half way done. I waited maybe five min for my nail technician but, I was done way before any of the other people that were there first. I received maybe a 15 second toenail clipping..no attention to cuticles. A quick token effort at the calluses then she runs into the room to get the warm towels, does a 30 second run
