Very unhappy with the arrangement that was sent to my mother in laws funeral. The flowers were ordered through the funeral home’s website and my mother paid over $100 for these flowers and it was a shame what these flowers looked like. I personally would never put my business name on them. I get bouquets from the the grocery store that look better than this. The florist was very rude to my mother and told her that they would look better with time. The flowers should look pretty during the funeral. That’s the whole point. I ordered a funeral spray online from Philann Florist and paid online. Unfortunately, my payment method receipt stated that the product I ordered was to be shipped to my home address. Since I placed my order at night, I. Pulse not reach anyone at the florist. I emailed them and called when they opened the next day. David was wonderful ! He asked if I had seen his response to my email (which I had not checked), and he assured me that the funeral spray would be sent to the appropriate place - not my front door.

I was extremely disappointed with the spray that was delivered to a close family member’s funeral yesterday. Indeed, I was ashamed to have my name attached to the flowers. There were wilted and browned, decayed flowers placed in prominent areas of the arrangement. It looked atrocious! I cannot believe these flowers were actually sold!

Placing an order the day before Valentine's Day with this florist was a huge mistake! First problem was the person that answered to take my order could not get the information I was giving her correct.... my order had the name spelled incorrect and the name of the place of delivery was incorrect also. The address was correct. This was a disappointment after spending at least 30 minutes on the phone spelling out everything. The florist called asking my wife where to deliver...mind you the disregard of ruining a surprise! The owner or manager "Connie"made it her business to tell me numerous times

I have ordered flowers from Philann's Florist many times and have never been disappointed. The owners are always wonderful to help make selections that are appropriate and deliver them in a timely manner. The designers are talented and always willing to make an arrangement that makes me and the recipient happy. Thank you so much Philann's for the excellent service you provide.
