Not sure why this is a credible FTD florist. I am extremely disappointed with a mum that looks like it was picked up off the discount shelf at your local grocery store selling them out front.
This florist will not answer the phone, messages or send a refund. This is very disappointing being from out of state and cannot just walk in this establishment and tell them what an embarrassment this truly was when my friend sent a pic of the mum
I only wish there was an option to post a pic of this pitiful sorry excuse for a potted mum. That this company claimed was “ one of the prettiest they had seen”

Excellent service, beautiful flowers. This guy Believes in customer service. He kept trying to reach us via phone and finally did after 7 pm. He delivered that night! And remembered he delivered flowers to my grandmother years earlier at this address. Impressive. Love them, support them when you need flowers!
