Business is on the corner. Parking lot is cramped and kind of hard to get in and out of. If you go with the flow of traffic and then make your turns later, it goes much easier. Stopped in, place was clean and organized. Was greeted appropriately when walking in. I needed a loan on a piece of jewelry. Jamie took care of me right away. Answered all of my questions and gave me helpful advice. She was very professional. Didn't feel judged. The transaction went smoother than I anticipated and I was out in just a few minutes. I came up to the store at 9am when they said they would be open its 10am now and no one is at the store I am pissed I drove across the city and I am really upset I waited an hour for someone to open the store and still no one came so I left pissed, very unprofessional they lied about their store hours very rude staff. I will no recommend this place to nobody!
