Hello, my name is Marybeth and I am the sole planner, coordinator and owner at Whispy Moss. Even though Whispy Moss is a one woman operation, I have ample support from my husband, Kevin, and my 4 fur-babies: Byron, Podrick, Pippin and Newt. When I am not planning, I am a homebody that loves to TV (Game of Thrones, The Office and Supernatural are my current favorites), foster pups, and crafting.
Coordination of the wedding day, directing wedding procession, addressing questions from vendors, problem solving, distributing final payments and tips, ect. Together, we complete tasks so that you are feeling prepared and ready for the big day. I help us stay on our timeline, assist in any DIY projects, and explore all the small details with you, including scheduling vendors.

How do you give someone only 5 stars when they deserve 100? Honestly, Marybeth, you made our day complete. For the year leading up to our wedding the monthly check-ins were so reassuring even if we had nothing to work on. I trusted you with my big day and you made sure everything we wanted, happened. Marybeth is amazing at ensuring the only people’s opinions that matter is the bride and groom. She does not hesitate to let people know what they can and cannot do (in a very nice way) to make your vision happen. She is extremely affordable and so WORTH EVERY PENNY. MaryBeth is the best wedding planner there is! I love her approach to everything, she is very thorough, and is ready to take on anything that may come up during your wedding day. I was a pretty laid-back bride but I also procrastinated a lot with wedding planning and MaryBeth was a tremendous help getting everything set for the day. She confirmed with all my vendors, provided monthly check-ins, and was hands on the day of making sure everything was all set. Our wedding was a huge success all thanks to MaryBeth! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, she’s your gal!!

Investing in a day-of coordinator was the best money we spent by far. I am convinced that everyone needs one now.
Marybeth was do helpful in the months and days leading up to the wedding. I was able to bounce ideas off of her and get her experienced opinion on what the best option was. She provided a very detailed timeline for the wedding day that we were able to tweak to fit our needs and she kept everything running.
Even though the day of our wedding we were running about twenty minutes late, I didn't have to worry about a thing and Marybeth took care of everything.

I highly recommend Marybeth at Whispy Moss Events. She is extremely professional, personable and a great communicator. I had so much confidence and trust in Marybeth that my wedding day would turn out wonderful, and it did. Being a covid bride, planning a wedding was not always easy, but Marybeth was there every step of the way to come up with plans and solutions. Highly recommend Marybeth with Whispy Moss Events! I'm not even sure where to start with our review of Marybeth. I truly could go on and on. She was absolutely wonderful! We used her services for Day Of Coordination for our wedding. She went above and beyond by making the day go so smooth. She stayed in touch with us for several months and helped with any extra planning we needed help with and was able to answer any questions we had. She picked up our linens on the morning of the wedding so that we didn't have to worry about it. She helped us set up on Friday but was also there all day Saturday

MaryBeth was the coordinator at a wedding that we filmed, and she was a dream to work with! The timeline she'd made was beautiful and easy to follow, and her pre-wedding communication was incredibly thorough. Before the wedding and all through out the day, she made sure that we had all the information and resources we needed. She was always on hand to help in any way and was never hard to find! She kept a calm, positive, friendly demeanor throughout the day and kept the atmosphere happy while keeping us on track. I highly recommend her and hope to work alongside her again soon!

Marybeth was more than great, she was a huge stress reliever for me leading up to and the day of our celebration. She was so organized, thoughtful, and creative. Honestly though, my favorite part about the experience was that I felt like she really listened to me.
