I used go green for a 12.8kwh array system late 2020. I was very disappointed in the process. The planning took months showing they do not have adequate experience. Additionally cost was about 50% more than expected. When I attempted to contact their CEO for assistance he never chose to respond by mail or email. The staff were all polite and tried their best but just lacked field experience in my opinion. I would choose another DIY solar provider.

You guys designed and set up the system. The production communications issue was with the cellular chip in the SMA inverter. Yes, SMA was having problems getting updates via cellular chip. They were NOT having problems with communications through Wifi. It took you guys over 2 month to make that change. Why would you guys even set up an inverter to send data through a 3g cellular chip when there is an option to use Wifi? Would you use smoke signals, the pony express, USPS or email to send a notice today. If the smoke signals

I finally installed my Solar Panels on my roof with the assistance of Go Green Solar. My sales rep (Raj) was extremely helpful and got me setup with everything I needed. He even stuck with me for three years while I contemplated my options. The complete do-it-yourself package arrived on my driveway as planned and included everything I needed to complete my installation with the exception of wire and conduit.

Same as everyone else on here. Refused to answer, but blocked my number and called back. Got the voice recording saying it was this company. Prove that it ISN'T YOU CALLING! You apparently have no actual customers, and a website explaining the supposed scam......but throughout the entire explanation you are still trying to sell your crap. Thank you for adding another parasite to my attorneys long list!! Atleast learn how to spoof numbers so we cant find your location.

We recently purchased an electric car and our electric bills went up, especially during summer when we ran the AC. So I decided to shop for a solar panel system and got 3 different quotes from local solar companies in Orange County. Go Green Solar's price was the best for the scope of work I wanted done. They upgraded my main service panel, installed a level 2 electric car charger, and installed a solar system.

Impressed with the professionalism and install quality of the GoGreenSolar team. After purchasing our Tesla we were looking for solar on our home. I do not suggest giving your contact information to this company. I asked them to remove my number from their database and they have proceeded to call me twice a day still. When I told them I would take legal action they thought it was funny and called back 5 more times today. I'm keeping all my screenshots and records if anyone from their management cares enough to take action. This is unprofessional and I would never recommend using this company

I have not had one bad experience dealing with this company. From Danielle making the initial sale, to Meagan and Joy working with me on the permitting and PG&E application, more Meagan on some additional parts after the fact, and then a special shout out to Dave Donaldson for helping someone who has been out of construction for 25 years complete this 6.8 system, and passing the City inspection on the first try. Excellent coaching from everyone involved!!!! I appreciate you all so much and I highly recommend this firm!!
