Due to Otsego County's updated mask policy, recommended by the CDC, effective immediately and until further notice, we will require masks be worn by all members and guests in all parts of our facility regardless of vaccination status (the sole exception is exercisers located in one of our pools). FoxCare Fitness is a full-service fitness center located in the FoxCare Center, the area's leading health and wellness facility.

Your next step to a healthier lifestyle is a club membership at Foxcare Fitness, Oneonta's ultimate fitness center. We encourage you to come in and see for yourself the facilities, staff, and services that are available to you as a member of FoxCare Fitness. Our friendly Member Services staff is available Monday through Friday to provide facility tours and share information regarding club membership.

Group Fitness Report

The Group Fitness Program at FoxCare Fitness is designed to provide participants with a wide variety of group fitness activities. Our classes accommodate all ages and fitness levels and are taught by the finest fitness professionals in the Oneonta area. Some classes require pre-registration while others require both pre-registration and payment.

Greatest gym in oneonta hands down, newest equipment, always clean, very professional and informed trainers, and it's not like you're at a competition like most gyms. Plus they have a pool, sauna, and locker rooms with showers

Wonderful gym I go here often, they have everything you could possibly want, there's every machine, there's 2 weight rooms, there's many aerobics classes, there's a large lap pool, also a smaller pool, and jacuzzi, a sauna, locker rooms, with nice showers. Wonderful gym

I was on Vacation in Oneonta New York and did not want to get out of my workout routine. So I yelped workout places and found this gym right away. I got a weeks pass for 30$ which I feel is pretty affordable. The gym has up to date equipment and the workout area was very clean. The only equipment they were missing was kettle balls. They also have a trainer on hand if you have any questions about any of the machines. This gym also has a pool and workout classes. I would come here again. The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. The only negative is the bathrooms were nasty
