The house was lovely and our stay was awesome. Unfortunately, the house was broken into the last night we stayed. Many valuables were taken in the process. When called about the issue, the company questioned and subtlety accused us of lying about the burglary. No compensation, cooperation or apologizes were giving to us. A police report was filed, and we were informed this is a ongoing issue in the neighborhood. They did list out strict instructions about locking all doors and valuables in a safe even while sleeping. They have fake cameras set up, and no security system. I will never stay with

Given the circumstances of what was going on, we still had an amazing time in Key West. The house was wonderful and it was like having our own personal oasis in the middle of Duval Street. The house was fully furnished with everything you could think of. On top of that, the property manager, Jann, was an added bonus. She was quick to answer any questions we had and helped us with planning activities to make the trip even more special! We hope to come back again soon so we can experience even more of what Key West has to offer.

The rental agency was amazing to work with! They had our condo cleaned and ready for us to check in several hours early. They gave us a map of Key West and were very helpful on any of our questions. I could tell they really take great care of their renters. Thanks so much!!

In addition to the condo being great, the staff at Rent Key West Vacations makes the whole process easy. From contracting the unit, to making your arrival easy and seamless they are the best. I travel to Key West three to four times a year and I always use rent Key West Vacations for arranging my stay in my preferred vacation place.

Rent Key West offered several choices of where to stay and we chose The Key West Beach Club. KWV keep us informed about what was going on in the area and communicated very well on what to expect at the condo. We received excellent communications on when and where to meet to get the keys and check-in. We were very pleased with our stay and KWV. Paul & Jann did a splendid job.

We love KW and always stay on/right off Duval so we can park the car and then just head out - no worries of parking or drinking and driving! This latest trip had us coming down with family so needed a larger place so we started our "google" search for houses/condos/multi-bedroom places to rent for the 6 night stay. Found Rent Key West and in particular Jann Knapp and the rest was, as they say now, super simple. Although we know KW like the back of our hand, we don't know all the properties and when you drive or fly in, the last thing you want is a surprise. Loved that we found Jann and RKWV as
