Last Key Realty offers luxurious fully stocked vacation rentals in various locations throughout Key West. Search for rentals in Historic Old Town, 1800 Atlantic, Truman Annex, and Sunset Marina. We also have vacation rentals on Duval Street and rentals near Duval Street. Our Key West rentals are available to book Nightly, Weekly and Monthly.
Truman Annex is an exclusive gated community on the ocean and in the heart of Old Town, Key West. President Harry Truman spent his winters here at his home, famously known as "The Little White House". The grounds within the Truman Annex are meticulously maintained to a very high standard. This quiet community is a unique combination of large private homes, townhomes and condos.
Coconut Mallory is a waterfront community about 3 miles from Duval Street that provides resort-style amenities, including two large pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, picnic tables, an on-site Tiki bar and grill, and much more. Hop in one of the two on-site pools to cool down after soaking up the sun at Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach just 2 miles away.
Our Lower Keys Waterfront Homes are located between Mile Marker 15 (Saddlebunch Key) and Mile Marker 19 (Sugarloaf Key). Less than 30 minutes from Key West, these stunning homes feel a world apart with picturesque views of the beautiful waters of the Lower Keys.
Best of all, you won't have to go far to find restaurant options: Baby's Coffee and Bay Point Market are all located on Saddlebunch Key, Mangrove Mama's and South of the Seven are located on Sugarloaf Key, and there is a nice variety of other restaurants within the Lower Keys, including Geiger Key Grill, Bobalu's, and Square Grouper, allowing you to enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail without driving into Key West.

Last Key Realty knocked it out of the park on every level with my recent stay at Belle of the Beach. Our dedicated concierge was helpful, friendly, and responded quickly when we contacted him. The ice breaker in our house was broken and he brought us ice while it was being repaired. He left a sweet treat for us and had it custom decorated knowing that it was my dad's birthday.
The house was perfectly stocked and clean. The pool was heated and ready when we arrived. Plenty of furniture for our party, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
10/10 recommend.

Well, the name of this home could not be more true. We saw many beautiful butterflies every day as we sat out on the back patio.
This house was perfect for our month-long stay in Key West. The location, at the quiet end of Duval, could not have been better. We could walk to just about everything, and if we did not want to walk, a bike or golf cart got us where we wanted to go. We had a wonderful weekend trip at the **SHANG-RI-LA @ THE BEACH**. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The check in/check out process was easy and seamless. The property manager Monique is super responsive and a knowledgeable guide to local hangouts. Would definitely revisit.

We walked in and were amazed by the pure cleanliness and beautiful views! Our host Monique was the most amazing person ever! She was in contact the entire time and made sure we had an amazing time!
I cannot thank Monique for her 5 star service while we were down in the Keys! We saw the entire island with great suggestions from her and I know I will be back! This was the absolute best vacation my group has ever had!

Our group booked the Southernmost Point V home on Duval Street for a birthday trip to Key West. The home was very clean, which is important during this pandemic, and had plenty space for our group. Greg with Last Key met us at the house upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the home. He even had birthday cupcakes in the fridge for us! Thanks Greg! We ate every last one of them. Big shout out to Samantha, our most recent Guest Services Coordinator. The Toasted Coconut was perfect for our family of 6 adults! The pool was perfect for hanging out at the house, the kitchen had everything we needed, the location was great, just one block from Duval St! Shel, the property manager, was awesome. He left us a key lime pie in the fridge when we arrived, showed us the whole house, and gave us some tips on where to eat and what to do. The concierge service was also very helpful! Clyde booked a few activities for us that saved us some time. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Key West!!

Our experience this past weekend with Last Key Realty was nothing but the best. From start to finish they were accommodating and helpful. We came for a bachelorette party with 16 girls! Shel, our guest services coordinator, was the sweetest! He left us key lime pies in the home as a welcome gift that were delicious! He left his phone number to use if anything at all came up that we needed to speak to him. The Lime & The Coconut side by side townhouses were perfect for our group size. 8 girls in each home was comfortable and cozy. The houses were clean and the layouts accommodated us perfectly.

Banana Blossoms- absolutely beautiful condo!! spacious interior with much natural light, nice reading nook/chairs by dining room, awesome kitchen! Lovely courtyard with grill, deck with large table, entry area good to hold bikes, pool very short walk down flower path. Our 2nd time booking with Last Key- they have all the services needed, always helpful. Thank you for everything Shel!! We enjoyed it so much and will definitely book with Last Key again.

Stayed at the 1800 Blvd properties in Key West. The room was great with excellent A/C. We stayed in room 406. Great views of the water, lots of towels, clean, pool was great and access to the ocean. Garage parking to keep the car out of the sun. Daniel assisted us when needed. I’d easy recommend and would stay again.

Last Key offers the best properties (beautifully appointed, great locations) in Key West, along with superior customer service. I have visited Key West numerous times and my experiences with Last Key have always been top notch. We have enjoyed working with Shel on two visits and he always goes above and beyond to make sure our stays are perfect.… Alex also helped us successfully rebook a large group trip in 2019 when a death in the family necessitated a date change at the last minute. 5 stars!! Second time staying at Banana Blossoms. We really love this 2 bedroom, well located, and very spacious house in the Annex. Walkable to everything so no car needed. Nice private pool with lots of sun.… House has everything you need and is super clean and tidy. Shel is a fantastic host and the delicious key lime pie is such a nice touch. Might be too close to our favorite bar @greenparrot though!! 😁

I booked a group trip to Key West, staying in a Last Key property. The property was gorgeous and in a great location, as advertised.
The communication before and during the trip was excellent and so helpful. The concierge service and amenities/trips/rentals we took advantage of really made the experience and were so easy to arrange!
Also as we were traveling when covid was very high in Florida, we were relieved at the strictness of the building on masks, cleaning and distancing!
I am looking forward to revisiting and this company is definitely my go-to for Key West!

We rented a condominium at Docckside Daydreams from Last Key Realty. The condominium was absolutely beautiful and recently renovated. Danny from Last key realty was awesome. He called me the morning of our arrival to tell me he could have us arrive early if we wanted to and also asked what kind of beverages and desserts we liked and coffee we drank. When we arrived, everything we discussed on the phone was there and the entire condo had everything from laundry detergent,, dryer sheets, dishwashing tablets etc.

Rented a place with Last key via airbnb. Reservation was confirmed with credit card, received email confirmation as well. So I canceled a hotel we had booked. Several hours later, receive message via airbnb that Last Key has canceled our reservation and change the minimum night requirement. Very unprofessional and I called back the hotel we had booked and no rooms available. We are in a total bind now thanks to Last Key.

We had a wonderful stay at Noona's Mansion in April 2019. We were in Key West getting married and our parents and some of the family stayed there. It's a great home base to walk to everything and a bike ride away to Fort Zachary (my favorite beach in KW). If you are looking for a property to use as a "Getting ready" spot for your groomsman & bridesmaids, this is THE place to be. Also, if you have kids there is a splash pad and playground steps away. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, couldn't have asked for more. Super nice pool with a waterfall and fun lights

We booked a vacation rental using their online booking tool and received a confirmation email and confirmation number. I even saw the deposit pending in my bank account. The next day we received an email from the organization telling us that our request did not meet their Holiday stay calendar and that their system does not allow them to automate these dates when booking online. Couldn't be happier booking with Last Key for our very first vacation in Key West. They were more than accommodating and made sure that we had the best stay possible. Shannon is amazing! I dealt with Lori and she was just awesome...great customer service skills and patience. She welcomes you at check-in and check-out. The morning I checked in she offered a coupon for Banana Café (which was delicious but that's a separate review), she also gives you a little tour of the property. You would think most realty companies do this but they don't, so taking the initiative to make me feel welcomed right from the start is something I don't take
