These people are great to work with! I needed to pick out tile for two bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash which was not an easy task. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly throughout this process. This is a great place to buy tile at a great price with wonderful customer service. I had looked for a backsplash for my busy countertops for over a year at the big box stores and could find nothing I liked.

Excellent advice & service! C is a pro & helped me choose the tiles for our shower from their tent sale, approved my choice of pebble for the shower floor & directed me to the perfect color plank for our flooring. M expertly measured & advised us in the installation & m installed the time shower PERFECTLY. They connected us with Premiere Stone for the gorgeous countertop & that was installed perfectly, too. They never rushed me (I take my time making decisions) & stuck by their timeframe. Provided high-quality product to seal grout. I am not easily impressed—Highly recommend.

Summary: I won't ever shop or purchase here again.
Our experience with this place, and their countertop partner has not been great. We ended purchasing quartz countertop through them and had a good experience initially. Pricing was good and scheduling of measurement / install was good.
As time went on, we discovered several things that were overlooked. First, as first time purchasers of countertops we were not informed of all of our options (backsplash as part of countertop, which we wanted, finishing options, etc.). Assumptions were made that were incorrect. Communication from Tile Etc was poor

Highly Recommend!! Best customer service we have ever had with a busy place like the Tile Outlet. Mark, Colleen and their staff have been incredibly helpful with our selections, and always available to answer any questions we would have. As busy as they were, they always took the time to speak with us. By the time we finished our home remodel, we felt like they were family. I would strongly suggest not using Tile Outlet, Etc for your flooring purchase. The customer service was horrible and there is no follow through or communication with the customer once the purchase is made. I ordered over $4,000 worth of flooring and told them the exact day I needed it delivered. They didn't inform me that all the product would not be delivered until the day of delivery and I had the installer starting 3 days later. The install date was negotiated with Tile Outlet, Etc. staff a month in advance. When I tried to call I would get nothing, but the run around and it was everyone

- Ordered tile with a very specific "need by date"
- Owner said it wouldn't be a problem and they'd call us with specifics in the next couple of days. We never received a call
- We called them, they play dumb and after two calls state that the manufacturer is now delayed in shipping.
- The tile didn't show up on time and I had to wait 3 months for our contractor to have another available window.

This store and this staff are AMAZING! We wanted to remodel 4 of our outdated bathrooms and came here. The designers instore spent several hours helping us select materials. We were so impressed with our results. This store also installs tile - and they are THE best. I see that someone here was disappointed they could not return tile. My experience with staff is they estimated my supplies spot on.

I would not recommend this tile shop. I purchased over $ 2500 of tile and supplies at this store. one of their associates figured out how much tile I would need for my shower and bathroom floor. She over estimated, saying not to worry I could return it. When I tried to return it, they would only give me in store credit . I tried to push for cash back, but they said I need to pay my coupon back. I am trying to warn you that if you pay them cash, you will not get it back.
