I've had several cosmetic procedures done by Dr tiller and all of them have turned out better than expected... Dr Tiller has an eye for detail and his medical expertise and surgical skill is beyond any other surgeon I've consulted with, or had work done by. My heath, healing and cosmetic desires have always been treated as a priority by Dr tiller and his staff. He's one of the best surgeons in the country without a doubt.

He had a lot more NEGATIVE reviews, and they've been deleted. He did top surgery on me, and botched my chest. (I had to have 2 surgery's in total and it still isn't flat!) Not to mention that it's was highly obvious that he is inexperienced in that field at least. I have complications, and now my chest is botched, and has to be fixed by a doctor that is experienced in that field, he also did liposuction on me, and only did liposuction on my hips, and my lower stomach, which I thought was going to be all the way around. At least that's what his assistant told me, which they don't have very good

I am so glad I had my procedure with Dr. Tiller- he explained everything fully, I felt very comfortable with moving forward. I thought I would need a larger, more costly, procedure when I went for a consult but his expertise and experience led me to the perfect procedure for me...I didn't feel rushed or pushed into a procedure. Already see great results, so happy I didn't delay and am now enjoying a trimmer 'me'!

Not too happy with my biceps implant & abdomen liposuction visit. The implants look asymmetrical both correlatively and independently. Didn't see any effect from the lipo (other than some major hemorrhaging in my pelvic region lingering on for months post op). Didn't reply to my emails afterwards. Finally got a hold of him, upon which he offered full-price corrective surgery.

Dr. Tiller is such an amazing cosmetic surgeon. I have had cosmetic surgery before (2004) so I know how you are to be treated and your after care. Dr. Tiller and his staff go above and beyond for their patients to be totally informed of what to expect before and after your procedure. Dr. Tiller makes you feel like you are his one and only patient and you are a super star! His experience is second to none, I will continue to have him as my cosmetic surgeon if I decide to have any additional procedures.

Stay away from this guy. He botched a simple procedure that caused me to leak blood through my bandages one day at a restaurant. long story short, I fainted in the back parking lot due to blood loss. Ambulance showed up and rushed me to a hospital. The new doctor couldn't believe what Tiller did to me. The new doctor said I had severe internal bleeding which meant Tiller wasn't careful enough and cut an artery due to sloppy work. The new doctor felt bad for me because I had no insurance and no money to pay, So he told me this surgery is on the house.

I have had many procedures with doctor tiller.he always backs his work,and is very caring to his patients.not every surgery goes as planned.people expect unreasonable results.he always has done right by me and i will use him again.there are few doctors who are as attentive and treat you as well.his staff is excellent,and proffesionalism is a 10.

I had a breast augmentation and a lipo with him in 2011
worst mistake ! After the lipo my tummy was full of ripples. I had to get a breast reconstruction since the implants weren't put properly. They were put up to my collar bone, making me look deformed plus the huge horrible zigzag scars. A year after i asked him for my medical records which by law he has no choice to give them to me. He started ignoring my calls. When i called from another phone his assistant would answer which is very shady in my opinion ! I had to file a complaint with the medical board then again i emailed

About 8 years ago i had a cosmetic procedure done by Dr. Tiller. The result was great and i've thought of going back for more but i'm held back by how poor his bedside manner was. He was seemingly cold and indifferent to immediate post-operative care. (He wasn't so good in the preinterview but no red flags.)

In 2007 I had abdominal and flank lipo with him. He warned me in advance that he's more aggressive with Lipo on men, as this leaves us with more muscular definition. I have a decent level of pain tolerance but this was INSANE. I spent 2 days in writhing pain, bleeding all over a hotel bed, unable to eat, communicate, sit up, let alone walk. I developed a post-operative hematoma & he had to do a stab-incision to open it up & release all of the blood & this "stab" left a scar on my pelvis that remains to this day (3 years later). Run as fast as you can! I had Liposuction with Tiller in May 2005. I was rushed to Broward Hospital 36 hrs after my surgery. I went Septic and my organs were shutting down. I was diagnosed with a soft tissue infection. Any were the cannula entered my skin is where the infection started. Chose wisely! Dr Paul Wigoda is in Miami beach at ME Day Spa or ft Lauderdale was brought onto my case and saved my life! Be smart! Google Necrotizing Fasciitis and look up, ft Lauderdale woman contracts flesh eating bacteria.....that is my story!
