Has to be the WORST place to do business with.
Sold me a turbo (borg werner) a yr ago (3/20) that only lasted 2 weeks. Then got the run around for a yr only to be told that they will not service the warranty or refund my $ even though the tech confirmed that it was the turbo malfunction.
Stay Away!! A business that does not stand behind the products they sell is only out to rob ppl of their hard earned money.

My mechanic sent 6 injectors to get tested. They did test them right away which was good. All the injectors were bad. I called and asked if they can get replacements. They said they could get four but cannot find the other two. Dave told me 3 separate times he would call me right back. He never did. When I called again he said i have to talk to my mechanic and i am not allowed to call there anymore!!!! We ended up ordering the two injectors from somewhere else and my mechanic told them to get us those 4 asap. Over a week later the other two injectors are installed and we still never got the 4 we

Dropped injectors off to get tested 4 complete business days later I had to call to see if they’re ready for pick up. Was told they just got done then when I asked what took so long. The service guy wasn’t very informative nor friendly but his only explainatuon was they only have 2 guys that can complete that service. The bill came out to $400.00 which significantly high. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend Penn Diesel to anyone.
