Jen was a tremendous help and amazing, only reason it’s not 1 star! I’d give 5 stars if I only dealt with her. Ken crapped the bed when it came to customer service though. I was walking out and seen a piece of equipment, a western sidewalk machine and asked Ken if he had anyone who could demo it for me in the parking and show me how it runs his response “ I don’t have anyone and it doesn’t have gas in it,” “I said you’re really gonna let me leave without trying g to sell me this $5,000 machine,” Ken said “ if I don’t have anyone I dont have anyone.”Next time get your tail

I am planning on getting a small boat so i needed wiring for my trailer hitch on my used Toyota Rav 4 i brought A year ago. I had looked under the rear bumper and it looked like there were some wires from when the previous owner had for the hitch. I told AJ's truck and trailer to remove the old spliced wires and put in new.
I had made an appointment to have the work done about a week ago. They orderd in the parts that were needed. I am no expert with trailer hitches. The manager Ken Weller called me over and showed me that the original trailer wiring is still in place and working. perfectly. He

I drove over 2 hours to pick up a new trailer from them today . Fantastic experience from start to finish! One of the technicians (I didn't get his name) took some time to explain trailer brakes to me and showed me how to set the trailer up. Mike, Ken and Bonnie did a great job answering my many questions. Highly recommend! Thank you again.

I've been in here twice. Both times I was treated like a nuisance. The first time I needed a plug, it was overpriced but they were convenient and I was in a pinch. The second time I called for a quote for a plow. I was told about $3,500, so I told them i would be in the next day. I went in the next day to make the purchase. The blonde behind the counter asked if she could tell help me (she already knew she wasnt going to). I said that I called in the day before and the quote should be under my name. She told me I had to make an appointment. I repeated myself (because she obviously didn't listen

I called AJ's inquiring about enhanced inspections., after my car needed a reconstructed title. I spoke with Mike who quoted me $175 for the enhanced inspection plus any work that may need to be done to my vehicle. He never explained the buyback taxes, re-registration, notary fee, etc. He just forgot? I specifically asked him "is that my total?" He told me that the sales taxes weren't included, which if you are not in that type of business you were conclude is the sales tax for the work and the inspection. So, needless to say, I was expecting by bill to be under $300. Well, that didn't happen
