Pet policy: We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home with a $500 deposit for the 1st pet and $250 for the second pet. Our weight limit is 50lbs. Breed restrictions apply. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information. Parking Comment: At Echo Canyon Villas, all units have a garage included and we have plenty of visitor parking!

So I just to start off with I love these apartments I love how roomy they are also a very quiet place no problems what so ever!! The manager and the staff have been great been here less then 6 months and when I need something fix it literally only takes a couple of days for them to fix the problem!! I also have 3 childern and the pool and basketball court is alil get away for us when we need to stretch our feet 10 outta 10 😊

3 MONTH REVIEW - Lets start with the pros of living here at Echo Canyon. It's at a great location if you work for the prison or DSH-C.
Its one of the only places in town that offers two car garage.
Its one of the affluent neighborhoods in Coalinga.
They have a 5 day grace period to pay your rent before charging fees.
The cons - It took over 2 weeks for the manager to address the leaking fridge and fix a corner in my kitchen. Mind you I was given zero notification when they would arrive, but they also had to do the inspection of the apartment that day They woke me up at 4 separate occasions
