For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application. 1. You may fill out the application online and print it. 2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand. 3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.
Do you have a maintenance issue but you are too busy to stop by or call our leasing office? No problem! Simply fill out an online service request and we will contact you to set up a day and time to address your concern. I've rented from 6 different apartments across the country, I've always received my full deposit back. They kept $300 of my deposit for carpet cleaning and sanitation, even after a clean walk through.
There is a huge roach problem here that they never addressed. The pool was closed part of the summer because the water went green, and it was always full of bugs. Would not recommend this place in town.

BEWARE DO NOT move to this place!
First of all it's expensive and the lady Mary who works there thinks she owns the place. Second no matter how well you clean this place... YOU WILL NOT get one penny from your deposit. Not even the less expensive apartments try to cash out of your deposit, but this place will. They will charge you for everything and will find a way to charge you or if you're lucky you will owe them money... YES you believe that. I just talked to someone else who lived there as well and they said they also didn't see a penny form their deposit and they even owe ridgeview
