ESAs involve collecting information about a property to develop a professional opinion about the environmental condition of the site, and investigating the potential of risk or contamination. As licensed asbestos project managers, we ensure that all aspects of an asbestos abatement job are completed in a quick, safe and cost-effective manner.
Property inspections help to identify environmental liabilities, including asbestos, lead, mold, PCBs and underground storage tanks. Each inspection includes a report with conclusions and recommendations. 30 years of combined experience in the fields of asbestos, mold and lead makes our staff a valuable consultant for any industrial, commercial, residential or school-based environmental project.

Services
Headquartered in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Jensen Environmental Management, Inc. is committed to servicing the Chicagoland area and surrounding region. Our centralized location has allowed us to manage projects in downtown Chicago, throughout the suburbs, and the five state surrounding region (Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri).
Jensen Environmental was retained to draft a mold work plan and perform mold remediation at an active logistics services facility. Moisture from an unknown source collected on the warehouse floor and impacted stored products. This caused mold growth to occur in the warehouse. The mold work plan involved cleaning impacted products, repackaging them and then cleaning the warehouse space from floor to ceiling.
Jensen Environmental was retained to perform an asbestos and lead paint survey at a Northern Indiana Public Service Company power plant located in Gary, Indiana. Jensen's AHERA-certified and state-licensed asbestos building inspectors performed the asbestos inspection and sampling. Samples were collected throughout the facility and submitted under chain of custody to an NVLAP accredited lab for analysis.

Erik was my main point of contact at Jensen after carpet installers had a failed install due to 9x9 tiles under the older carpet. I could not have picked a better company to work with. In addition to great service from Erik, Kelly and Branden also were very professional in going about their business.
Everything was quick including getting the lab results confirming the asbestos. Hopefully, I never have to call them again, but if I ever did asbestos removed, I would definitely call them.

I worked with Rich Jensen and his team when asbestos was discovered after a water pipe cracked and flooded my building.
I can't say enough about the professionalism and experience they provided throughout the process. They were very patient with my questions, and timely in their progress updates. Thank you so much!
