We are a full-service Los Angeles group transportation company. We are committed to providing exceptional transportation and event-planning services in the Greater Los Angeles area as well as other neighboring communities throughout Southern California. Our extensive fleet, which can accommodate anywhere from one to 58 passengers, consists of clean, well-maintained late model vehicles. Choosing the right Los Angeles transportation service for your business and personal needs usually means finding a company that can be flexible and offer a wide range of features and options.
When you compare Los Angeles charter bus prices, limo rental prices and shuttle prices from GTS Charter, it's important to look beyond the numbers. These rates do not include the 5% PUC tax & fuel charge. Driver's gratuity will be given directly to the driver directly, min. 10-15%. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added on all credit card transactions.
Other bus charter companies may not offer such amenities as fully reclining captain's seats, restrooms and color TVs. Not all Los Angeles limo and bus charter companies are created equal. This is the second year in a row that we have contracted with GTS for multiple departures for a large number of volunteers to move them from a downtown LA venue to the airport. For the second year in a row, GTS knocked it out of the park with excellent communication, on time arrivals and departures, and polite and professional drivers. We reserved a bus for a trip from the Farmer's Market to a studio lot. The entire process working with GTS was fantastic! We engaged GTS Charter for the first time, using one of their buses to transport a group from downtown Los Angeles to Costa Mesa and back. We could not have been happier with the service. We used GTS for our rehearsal dinner. Booking was very easy and the team is extremely responsive. We originally asked for a 55 passenger bus and got an e-mail the day before saying they would have to send us to smaller buses (holding more people total). This actually worked out perfectly for our group. We got the driver details the day before which was good. The drivers arrived early to the hotel for pick up and the night went smoothly from there. I would definitely recommend GTS to others and will use in the future if needed!

We have used GTS Charter for company events for about 3 times and we always end up receiving a Very Satisfactory service. Their rates are reasonable. Their drivers are commendable for being knowledgeable of routes and for driving safely. Their buses are neat and well-maintained. Office staff are outstanding, always on top of things, very organized, and efficient in following up matters. We will definitely use GTS Charter again. Highly recommended.

GTS sent me the drivers' contact information, so I could set the meeting point at the airport. Our plane landed early. When I called Marcus, he was already in the area. He found us quickly and navigated us home in a timely manner in Friday afternoon LA traffic. We will definitely be using this charter in the future.

GTS charter has a wonderful planning team who was very responsive through out the process to all my questions.
The driver was on time, was very kind and delivered on all services.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I heard some of guests complaining that the driver was going a bit too fast on Mandeville Canyon road and they got scarred and noxious.

I have to say the months leading up to our wedding date though nerve racking the entire team at GTS Charter Bus Company was amazing! We were mostly in contact with Lawana and Tommie two amazing dispatch operators there at GTS.
We obviously had so many questions and requests through the entire process again, leading up to our big day, and they were there to quickly respond to all our emails and phone calls giving us helpful and friendly advice throughout the duration.

We have used them twice...for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and then my son's Bar Mitzvah and both experiences were excellent. We rented the 35 seater buses and have been thrilled with the service from beginning to end. They were responsive, helpful, timely, professional.

I used GTS for my employee Christmas party last year and let me say the customer service was awesome the office staff was very quick to respond answering all of my questions in a timely manner and whenever I called I was able to to speak to someone. The driver arrived 15min before the pick up time called me to let me know he had arrived, he was well dressed ,very courteous and professional and the bus was clean. They have now gained a customer for life.

The service that GTS provided was perfect. We had a large group attending my daughter's college graduation. We were all picked up at my home. This took away all of the work and worry of driving heavy Los Angeles traffic. We were able to relax, conversate and catch up with loved ones. The professional and friendly driver dropped us almost at the front door which was great for the older family members.
Our ride home was just as great, after a few hours out in the sun we were able to sit back and relax while our clean GTS bus got us back home safely. Definitely worth the price!

Great service! We had a high profile event that needed well coordinated transportation, and GTS provided just that. Our previous service through another company fell through, so the staff at GTS were able to put together an exemplerary service in a short period of time. I chartered a mini bus to take our group of 22 (mainly 10 year olds) to celebrate my daughter's birthday party at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on 10/21/17. David was our driver and he was punctual, friendly, and professional. He was a joy. He let our kids blast their music on the ride all the way there and back and encouraged their singing. We had a VIP event on campus where we wanted to shuttle guests from the nearby hotel to campus, then from campus to events around town. I'd requested a few quotes from various charter companies and chose GTS a) The quote seemed inline with the other companies (those that actually answered) and because my co-worker has used GTS Charter for a few student events. Stay away! If I could rate them at 0 stars I would! Their service is unprofessional and unreliable. They single handedly caused our wedding to run 45 mins late and were the laughingstock of all the guests due to their unprofessional nature.
Just some of the issues we encountered with their service:
1. Drivers asking passengers to use their GPS to get them to the location (which they knew ahead of time)
2. Drivers driving with the door open, only closing when the passenger alerted them to

I was pretty hesitant after reading some of the reviews on here but GTS was a great for our team outing. Alfredo was professional, on time and very flexible with picking up and dropping us off in multiple locations.
