Did they run out of salt? Nothing was seasoned, and chicken was dry! Not coming back. Such a shame when a restaurant can’t take out food quality consistently. You shouldn’t own a restaurant if you have no culinary background. The food is so awful it just leads me to believe the owner is just a rich guy with no experience that just woke up one day wanting to own a restaurant.

Horrible nasty place to eat. Stopped by last week. The food was sloppy, and pancakes still had runny batter. They were basically raw, and as I can see from previous reviews the restaurant still has roach problems! Disgusting! Im gonna make my own report to the health department! The time that the owner was in the hospital a few weeks back, he got exactly what he deserved for serving nasty food to myself and everybody that goes to eat there! He got sick eating his own nasty food! Hope this place ends up closing!

I work nearby and have relied on Phx Eats for breakfast and lunch many times - always good (love the One Egg Wonder sandwich), but today, today was awesome. Their special was grilled cheese and tomato soup. It was like homemade, exactly what you expect. Creamy tomato soup, excellent spices and a crispy, cheesy grilled cheese sandwich. (If only it weren't 90 degrees out...lol, Phoenix in November!). I hope they have this special often this winter, SO good.

I feel compelled to update my post from 9 months ago. We have been ordering consistently for the last few months and I must say, things have changed. Food is delicious, delivery has been fast, reliable and friendly. I highly recommend the Chicken Poblano soup. And my boss swears by the cheese steak panini.

I used to order lunch from here at least twice a month. It's one of the few places that deliver. Over the past year the quality and service have really gone down hill. They'll either forget your order, or just not make it and not bother to tell you until you call to see what's taking so long. After not ordering for awhile I gave PHX Eats another shot. After an hour and a half I called to ask where my order was. The person who took my order wrote down my phone number wrong. Terrible food. See chefs use there hands no gloves. Employees never wash hands. Asking the owner Brad a simple question he turns furious and bangs on tables and crumbles up papers!!! And his wife is so RUDE!! She gives you attitude and gives you a tone. Treats her employees like trash. Never seen workers last. Hear Krissy (Brad's wife) complain about everything and never appreciate her workers. Feel sorry for everyone who works there. No one should fund this business.

Oh man, do I love this place. I have placed at least a dozen orders with them over the past year for both myself and my company and they exceed my expectations each time with both the quality of food and customer service. The delivery is extremely convenient since it's a pain in the butt for me to leave work, but they always bring the food straight to me even though I'm all the way on the 9th floor. I definitely recommend them.

Good food but this is like the 3rd time in a week my instructions on my order were ignored. I asked for my salad to be tossed with dressing, no onions or cucumbers. They left out what I asked but again did not toss it. When calling in to advise of the issue they apologized but did nothing to correct the situation. If you have any special requests - don't expect them to be accommodated to.

I've been ordering at PHX eats for quite awhile now and it seems their customer service has just gone down past few months, I order at 9am today I called after 1.5 hrs wondering were my food was, keep in mind they already had charged me, the lady on their side phone apologized said they were behind but would have it out asap, well I though you know what at least she apologized mistakes happen, but several hrs nothing showed up I could not leave work because of a meeting, well right after my meeting I drove over and told them I never received my order and the lady simply responded "sorry

Worst place in town. Went with a co worker over lunch and found it to be virtually empty and I soon found out why. The food was ok. I've had better. My friend had an Italian sub and although it looked good, he said it was very bland. I had a Cobb that I thought could not be messed up. I was charged for extra croutons and dressing!? The worst part had to be the screeching lady calling out names for orders. I later learned she was an owner! Won't be back!

I only order the eats lite sandwich. Last few times i ordered for pickup there wasn't any feta cheese on them as it usually does. This time i walked in to order asked to make sure there is cheese. The lady even opened my sandwich as she is giving it to me and said its there, "blended." I opened it up when i got to the office and no cheese. Not even a trace.....
