Bait & Switch leaves bad taste in my mouth. Ordered "Wild Fire" as shown and see what I got. Jennifer was very defensive about their practice. I understand subs if a certain flower is not available but don't tell the customer that you can get it - on a phone order, not internet. And then, at least try to keep the integrity of the design. Novel idea - call your customer and tell them that you will deliver "something" to your recipient but it will look nothing like what you ordered. Two stars instead of one because they delivered "something" on the right date. Will not use again; deceptive practices

I contacted Jeffrey's Flowers to order an arrangement for a funeral service. The person I spoke with was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The arrangement (Secret Garden Basket) was beautiful, and appreciated by the family. I highly recommend Jeffrey's Flowers for any of your floral arrangement needs.

I LOVED this little shop! I was looking for some individual flowers for a photoshoot and they had a huge variety of single flowers and arrangements. Great prices too!
