She is on top of all my orders , letting me know substitute options if something isn't available or product quality isn't up to their standard. Very unprofessional. They claim there hiring but after multiple attempts to contact them following up on a application which i was contacted on by them first. They didnt like my application im assuming because i was ignored. Even with direct email asking if im considered. Was told when called to follow up again, that she was to busy to talk or evem look at a application once i told her who i was. Rather then emailing, calling or telling me on the phone when i called i wasnt a fit. They gave me the run around. Bad buisness. Go figure i have a backround in floral design for 4 years. But they didnt

I am an interior decorator and wedding coordinator. I have used Schaefers for several years. My last wedding, last weekend ,an important special flower order was lost. I design and build the flowers as well as coordinate the wedding. They replaced my lost order on the next day with stock flowers, I had to redesign the bouquets as well as spend most of an already over scheduled day with the flowers.
This weekend, after asking if they donated flowers with no shelf life to nonprofits, and being told they did, I find out at the last minute that they don't. My church was counting on this donation
