Dr. Pemberton grew up around eyes, spending time with her grandfather, Dr. Dan Pemberton, who had one of the first optometric practices in the valley. She followed his passion for eyes and people.
At Pemberton Eye, you will never wait for hours in an institutional waiting room and pre-treatment area only to spend 2 minutes with an actual doctor who's clearly in a hurry to get on to the next patient. Our waiting area is comfortable and we make every effort to ensure that the time you spend there is kept to a minimum.

Overall: 4: I like the new executive lens glasses better than the progressive lenses.

Great place! Had a bad experience with a previous provider so decided to switch to Pemberton Eye for my annual eye exam. They made becoming a new patient super easy and welcoming. Everyone in the office is so friendly, I felt like I had been going there for years. My new contacts Dr. Pemberton suggested feel great; and they had very cute and on trend glasses to choose from.

They value their time but not yours: appointment times are designed to have you waiting for them. Their hours are 9 to 5. My appointment was at 9:30. They had 2 exams scheduled before me and they only had 1 technician there. Do the math! The other customer waiting was requested to go back for her exam at 9:37. Do the math! That means this office SYSTEMATICALLY plans for you to not get in at the appointed time....
I walked out at 9:43 after the receptionist said for the second time in 15 minutes it would be only "a couple more minutes". News flash! My time is AT LEAST AS VALUABLE AS YOURS!!! In

My hubby has been going here a few years, I went in with him recently while he picked up his new glasses. I had planned on possibly switching to this office. That is not going to happen, due to their rude receptionist, she was an obsese woman with long dark hair. My husband will also be switching to a new office.
We walked in and when the receptionist saw my hubby, her whole face lit up smiling until she saw me. She gave me a terrible look and then pretended I didn't exist. Greeted my husband with, "Oh, its you again. How are you sweetie". She proceeded to call him other pet names like "hunny

Once again Pemberton Eye has done a great job from start to finish. The receptionist always greets both my husband and myself in a friendly and professional manner, the techs are likewise just as wonderful. Dr. Pemberton is always thorough and takes the time to address my concerns.Russ took a lot of time helping me choose glasses. I have specific problems which were addressed with both my regular glasses and sunglasses. He introduced me to the very newest polarized lens material technology that is very thin and great for my high prescription. It was so new, the manufacturer was backlogged but I
