I went here with a gift card that I had been holding onto for a while. It was to expire a little over a week after the date of my appointment. I wanted a manicure and to get my hair trimmed, but because the nail lady was booked, the receptionist that I had spoken to on the phone said to come for my trim and they'd put the remaining balance on a new card.
So I went for my trim, and told the woman that I wanted about 5" off, I only wanted what was actually dead to be trimmed off. (My hair was long; down past my waist.) I also showed her, I wanted my hair to be trimmed to about the bottom of my rib
