I was really disappointed about this experience. As a first time walk in I understand there is a potential wait, but between the lack of communication and rushed pedicure I got I'm more disappointed that the pedicure isn't even lasting more then a week and my toe nails weren't even addressed beyond polish.
I was told upon entry that is would only be a few minutes but that lasted about 20 minutes before I stated I would gladly come back at a better time if it's going to be awhile. The nail technician said only few more and rushed me then to pedicure chair where it was very obvious she was going

I was trying to explore new hair salon, but I didn't even try bc a woman who answered the phone was unkind and rude while just making an appointment. She even hung up the phone as I was saying my phone number. So I just canceled the appointment right away. Shame that others in the studio didn't even get a chance to do their jobs.

Got my nails done here 2 weeks ago. I went early, on a weekday, thinking what a great time to go. I had a coupon for an acrylic full set. I walked in and presented my coupon. A woman started on my nails but was quickly interrupted with a number of phone calls to answer, while another woman and the owner sat around. I felt uncomfortable and not relaxed AT ALL. While in the chair another frequent customer walked in to get her nails done. I did not set an appointment bcuz the coupon said walk ins welcome.
