When I first started using this pharmacy (I switched from cvs) the owner assured me he would help me to fill my son’s rx every month. His medication always requires extra phone calls and authorization. So every time I drop off I remind the techs that they will need to take extra steps. They have lots of clients so I feel reminding them saves everyone time. When I dropped off Friday I reminded them of the extra steps. The tech didn’t seem to care when I told her and I could feel that as I left but I had faith stc pharmacy would handle it. Well they did not make the necessary phone calls Friday

Excellent service. The staff shows that they really care about their patients and prescriptions are processed in a timely manner. I really appreciate the time they took to make sure my mother had all of her medications on time. The pharmacist is always willing to spend time with each patient and make sure of of their questions are answered.
