Sand Lily Home has very beautiful and unique items. There were a few items that my daughter and I were interested in purchasing totaling anywhere from $600 to $800. We flew to Bend and were very limited on what we could take home with us. I inquired as to whether they could ship our items home and the sales person said she would speak to the owner and let me know. After 3 days and no answer my daughter stopped in to see if it could be done. My daughter was then told we would need to ship the items ourselves.

I am so happy to have found Sand Lily to buy our new bed. From the beginning, Johnny was very helpful with ordering and contacting the manufacture of the bed that I ordered (OMI). He was very patient with my calls asking where the bed is since the beds are made to order and delivered from California. When the bed was finally delivered to his store there was an issue with it (private delivery company issue) and he took care of it and was able to get me a new bed.
Super friendly, accommodating and willing to help!!!
