Arkansas Counseling Associations
The Arkansas Counseling Association is a professional organization representing licensed counselors, school counselors, counseling supervisors, and graduate students in training to be counselors. As a division of the American Counseling Association, ArCA offers counselors an opportunity for professional networking, development, and advocacy.

ArCA provides opportunities to learn new counseling approaches from nationally recognized speakers and content sessions by professional quality presenters at the annual conference. There are division and regional one-day workshops and division conferences to showcase best practices. These workshops are supported by ArCA to benefit counselors who seek to expand their potential to serve their clients/students.

It is an understatement to say that 2020 will be a year that we will all remember. We are all experiencing change on a daily basis. It is my hope that we will look back at this year as an opportunity to learn new skills and have a better appreciation for the things we hold dear in this life. As an organization, we have many opportunities to serve this year.
ArACAC initiates and supports the improvements of school counseling programs through: information; research; legislation; professional development; and ethical standards, while upholding and encouraging continued improvements in standards for education. Find out more about ACACA here or visit our Facebook page.
The Arkansas Counseling Association is a diverse group of counseling professionals, students, and retirees from diverse settings and backgrounds in educational, health care, residential, private practice, community agency, government, business and industry settings dedicated to providing quality mental health care within their communities.
We are please to have Dr. Michele Kerulis, an associate professor with the Family Institute at Northwestern University, as this year's ArCA Annual Conference Keynote Speaker. Dr. Kerulis specializes in general mental health, sport & exercise, and lifestyle & wellness.

Dr. Kerulis's interactive keynote address, "Awakening Your Wellness Philosophy, " will help counselors learn their individualized ingredients for wellness, learn ways to overcome existing and unanticipated roadblocks, and learn existential reflection exercise to help them explore their ideas about making meaning during different stages of life.
Here you can list the programs that are carried out in your association. It can attract new members to your association, as well as to convey information to interested people with this problem. You can put links or write some common words about your association's programs. For example we show you here some interesting courses from Wild Apricot membership academy.

The networking and new ideas from others. And, of course, the conferences are fun.
