I wish I could give 0 stars. We are a large performance marketing firm and since the day we hired fully accountable it has been an absolute nightmare mess. We have had them overpay people by thousands, there is literally a mistake EVERY pay period that they just don't care enough to get right. The last straw was our account rep decided to go on vacation the day we were suppose to pay people and NONE of our 1099 contractors got paid. The service for what you pay is simply just not good enough. You could hire someone overseas to push buttons on payroll because that is ALL they do. Our monthly management

Lisa es a great Financial support, good knowledge and high quality of work. What I'd like to change is her availability to us. There were may meetings rescheduled for personal issues, computer issues, etc. Emails are not being responded fast enough (within 48hs) and there are too many delays on tasks getting done. I'd like to receive a weekly status on all the tasks assigned to her, sometimes I feel I'm blinded of what she is doing. this is basic lack of communication and traction.

I am proud to say that Fully Accountable are pure angels to a business! Ever since working with them, we have been able to see our financial health of our business much more clearer, and make decisions that have increased out business revenue. One of the things we especially enjoy about fully accountable is their CFO services. Fully Accountable has taken a lot of worry out of my life. They have dedicated experts who are ready and willing to help, and because of that, my business has grown a lot. Their CFO package is excellent and is just enough to help me understand my financials but doesn't put the burden on me of a full-time salaried CFO.

Fully Accountable has given me a great reduction in my overall anxiety about how my business is doing. Before FA, I was playing the role of the CFO myself, along with doing everything else in my business. Now I don't have to worry about finance details and can instead focus on making good decisions based on trustworthy data. Before Fully Accountable, I was missing some key metrics because calculating them required me to spend hours of my time logging into multiple platforms, making or reading spreadsheets that I didn’t understand.
