I am only giving one star because it is the least I can give. I got a new recommendation in March. I tried to renew my state id card but they were closed due to covid. Monday I saw the state ( California) was taking applications again. I went to the county heath dept. and filled out the form. The next day I get a call from the Doctor ( Dr.Barbara Callahan ) wanting to know Why I want a state ID card. I told her I didn't want to pay state tax she kept saying I did'nt need one. and hung up . I e mailed Heally and they did set me up with a Dr. yesterday. It has become a real pain. But

I set up an appointment last week and my appointment was rescheduled 5 times for whatever reason. Today I logged in at my appointment time and waiting for 15 min with no answer so I started a chat and their excuse was "sorry the dr didn't show up today what time tomorrow would you like to be rescheduled?" at this point I told them to release the hold on my deposit and delete my file. All they do is give you the run around and keep rescheduling you. Such an unprofessional experience i definitely would look elsewhere first.

I had an excellent conversation with Dr. Kendrick.(I had created an appointment through the Heally website.) I gave her a report of my 76 days in the program. And I mentioned a couple of medication issues. She was able to interpret my vernacular descriptions and responded appropriately. Very good session! Dr. Kendrick listened to my report of results during the first 75 days of treatment. We are making good progress towards eliminating the need for some of my prescription drugs. I had a good visit with my PC about my goal. Dr.Murphy.and he is supportive if not enthusiastic about how I was doing

My visit was with Dr. A was strictly amazing! She very informative and she showed compassion in my treatment. She made me feel comfortable about and she truly wants me to be healthy again. This was best appointment I had in a longtime with good news! I'm looking forward to not being in pain anymore.

This place is a joke , don't know how they stay in business, I ordered some cbd spray for sleep and I get in order from Amazon , I do not recommend this place to anyone, it doesn't deserve any stars, I plan to delete this from my phone ,not been a member a month !!! Who ever gave 5 stars was probably paid or they flat out lied!!!

Teleconferenced with Dr. Andicropulous on May 27 2020. It is now 6/3/20. Still haven't been approved at the local dispensaries. Called all the "help" lines, and never got through because they Push the internet at you over and over. And the internet doesnt help either. Finally I called the number I KNEW they would answer, of course, the $170.00 'make an appointment' line. They answered. I lodged my complaint. They told me that the manager of patient care would call me 'before the end of the day'. Didn't happen. Called again to the $170 line this morning. I

Right now I can only provide 3 stars. My card expired and was just notified today.
I completed all the online medical information a while ago so I entered in my c.c. info and linked to a waiting area that said the Doctor would be with me in 5 mins which I waited for almost 1/2 HR. To only get a text that there wasn't a Dr. In the queue. The I get another text stating that the Dr. Would not be able to talk to me for 2 to 4 days.
I get a text notification from my bank saying the money was deducted. I went on line started a chat the first agent Chelle only said I wasn't being charged only

I had my renewal interview with a doctor and was approved. This was 2 months ago and I have not received my new card yet. I emailed and I got an email back from Chelle stating she will mail out another one and I still have not received my card! That was 3 weeks ago. I think that their customer service needs an overhaul.

My doctor sent me to an endocrinologist who ran a bunch of tests with inconclusive results. A friend suggested I see a naturopathic doctor, but in-person clinics were too costly.
I found Heally while looking for online options for a non-conventional doctor. Super convenient and easy to use! The doctor directed me to the right tests, and turns out I have Hashimoto's.
