Services
We have been placing Zirconia implants since 2009. All of our doctors can place these implants. At our office it's about good osseointegration, which starts before the implant is placed, with the health of the patient. Removing Amalgam Fillings can be more dangerous than putting them in. That's why the doctors who take out the amalgam fillings are SMART Certified, which is Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique.
I promise to explain everything to you, show you pictures, figure out why it happened, and most importantly, discuss what we can do to keep you healthy. This commitment to transparency has its roots in my childhood. Growing up, Dr. Monempour wasn't thrilled going to the dentist. Nobody showed him the cavity, explained how he got it, or educated him on preventing cavities in the future.

I just finished stage one of an extraction, bone graft, zirconia implant and next will be the final placement of the new tooth/ crown. I cannot say enough about how good the team was, in my case it consisted of Dr Herman, Leia (sp?) and Dr Yokoyama overseeing things. I was nervous at the onset not having had this procedure before but everyone made sure nothing began until I was comfortable and calm, the lavendar essential oils on the chair pillow helped that as well! It took many hours of precise labor for Dr Herman and Leia but their professionalism and skills were so impressive I instantly relaxed

State of the art dental care with the nicest staff! My Dr. recommended Dental Healing, after my former dentist of 10 years said that a red sore in my mouth was "normal". It wasn't! Turns out that I had an infection that my other dentist couldn't detect with their outdated technology. Highly recommend 100%!

Dr. Yokoyama is an amazing holistic dentist; his family run-office has been taking care of my teeth for about 15 years, since 2004. I researched to find a dentist who had a holistic approach and didn't use amalgam fillings. Since I found Dr. Yokoyama I've referred several friends to the office; all say he's the best dentist they've ever had! I feel very fortunate to have worked with him all this time and have such good care.

If you're looking for a good holistic dentist, Dr. Yokoyama is probably the guy. If you're looking for a good holistic dentist who will patiently and thoroughly discuss options for your teeth, Dr. Yokoyama is definitely the guy.
When I first called his office, I was told that Dr. Y. wasn't taking new patients, that it would be two months before I could get in. Once I did get in, I found out why this was.
Dr. Yokoyama greets you like you're an old friend. His is a very busy practice, but his whole posture is one of calm and reassurance. He *strolls* between treatment rooms. And the work he does

Dr Yokoyama is the best dentist available in LA. With a state of art brand new office, low radiation ex rays and the full panorama ex ray camera for a full picture of your mouth and teeth. I chose him as he does the zirconium implants and I had two implant done with him. I have all resin removed from several teeth and did had ceramic on lay done. These teeth are now strong and saved and no root canals. Not many dentists use ultra-pure ozone water in their treatments but Dr Y does.

As a recovering "dental chicken," I am slowly making progress visiting the wonderful Dr. Yokoyama and his staff, who always put me at ease. Not only is Dr. Yokoyama kind and gentle in his demeanor, but he is extremely "present," listening to my fears and considerations, while, of course, delivering expert dental care. It is easy to see why so many people trust this gentle soul and why so many of us will drive many miles in rush hour traffic to see him, trusting him implicitly. In addition, ALL of his colleagues I've dealt with (for cleanings or assisting in dental procedures) and front desk staff

Dr. Yokoyama is a total gem among dentist and Doctors! He had come very highly recommended and he was more caring, considerate, and easy to work with than I anticipated, even with the recommendation. I don't know about the everyone else but the very idea of going to a dentist is very frightening to me, because of previous experiences. Well I am here to say that Dr. Yokoyama is a totally different kind of dentist who is clearly following a more heart-lead conscious path of a HOLISTIC HEALER than any other dentist or Dr. than I have ever worked with.
