Paul M. Rougraff, M.D. is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care, including cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, and eyelid surgery. Dr. Rougraff received both his undergraduate and his medical degrees from Indiana University.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:10am it was going on 10am before I was called. Left office going on 11am. I understand each patient should be treated with care, but this time was the longest I ever spent at office. Dr. Rougraff is great. The staff is very good but this visit seemed extremely long. Patients came into office with later appointments and left before I was called. I realize each patient is different.I know there 2 doctors each has there own patients. My husband was called before me and had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment to end. This never happened before. I just wanted to

Magda at reception is helpful and welcoming.
The optician was kindly and helpful.
My appointment started 30 minutes late.
The person who did my eye exam did not properly wear a mask and also did not convey anything we talked about to the doctor or to the optician although it was agreed that they would.
The doctor, Rougraff, spent very little time with me and did not have a warm or empathetic manner.
