I went there for a Covid test. After making an appointment, driving down here and filling out tediously long forms, the nurse comes out and demands $50. When I said I thought this was a free government test, she says $50 is a collection fee. I asked her why no one told me about a collection fee before. That’s when she got rude and said she has other patients to see, do I want the test or not. “Not” is always going to be the answer to a question like that if I have any other choice.

This was my first visit to the Well Being Medical Center. Dr. Martinez and his staff made my visit feel as if I was back home in my small town in the Midwest. (Trust me, that's a good thing). Dr. Martinez wasn't rushed to get out of the room. He went through my medical history very thoroughly, and allotted more time than he probably had, to answer all of my questions. He takes a more holistic approach, which I love! He takes a complete interest in your health and exemplifies that by making sure you follow up so he can track your progress.

Dr. Martinez responded to my question before coming in impressively fast and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Everything was done swiftly. Everyone in the office was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The office space was beautiful and well kept. I would highly recommend this office and staff.

I expected much more, especially after seeing all the 5-star reviews. After recently moving to the area, I needed a new PCP. I met with the physician for an issue, and he did not take into account all my symptoms or concerns. He came up with a diagnosis that I did not think was correct. I kept asking questions, but he would brush them off and make rude comments. Then, he wanted labs in 2 weeks (even though I just had some done 4 months ago) and to review those labs an additional 2 weeks after that. I felt that waiting a full month before anything was addressed was ridiculous. I left very frustrated

Everyone at Well--Being Medical Center was fantastic! From the easy and seamless check-in, to the nurse that drew my blood, to a personal greeting from Dr. Martinez welcoming me when I arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased. My husband and I recently moved here from California and were worried about finding a doctor, we couldn't be happier that we were referred to Well-Being Medical Center.
