Downriver's Nest Adult Day Health Care is a planned program of activities designed to promote well-being through social and health related services. The program operates during daytime hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, in a safe, supportive, cheerful environment. We are located in Taylor MI, the heart of the downriver community.
Downriver's Nest is committed to the highest quality of service delivery in a reliable and person centered fashion. To provide adults an opportunity to get out of the house and receive both mental and social stimulation. To give caregivers a much-needed break in which to attend to personal needs, or simply rest and relax.

Services
Our program is designed to make family care giving more manageable. This does include a comprehensive approach to care for participants as we make use of specific counseling, physician intervention (visiting doctors) and rehabilitative therapies. Welcome are the elderly, disabled, those with catastrophic injury and the mentally ill.

It was the first day of my grandmother coming here today. Firstly, the bus driver pulled up and he was suppose to call before coming and secondly, the wheel chair ramp was not working. I let the company know a week in advance spoke with the manager twice letting him know that she was wheel chair bound. I had to take off work on her first day in this program due to disorganization and lack of communication. I had to drop her off to school, and they stated that the bus wouldn't be fixed right now. My question is why did they not call me the day before knowing that the wheel chair ramp was down, and
