We provide a variety of programs and services in a caring, nurturing environment that promotes dignity and self-motivation, and personal responsibility. Our programs center on developing self-reliant, self-assured human beings with strong work ethics. We emphasize "Learning to Live Life by Living It". Our facilities are governed by Boards of Directors who set policies, establish and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services. The Boards obtain needed resources and determine the appropriate utilization of those resources for the best interest of our Resident Members.

Services
E. M. Coleman A.F.C. is a Federally Designated 501(c)(3) Non Profit Corporation established to serve the needs of emotionally and/or mentally challenged men. We are in operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We service a maximum of 13 men and we provide a variety of programs and services in a caring, nurturing, family-like environment that promotes dignity, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.
Experience is a plus, however, it is not required. We are certified by the State of Michigan to train staff to work in adult foster facilities and to administer medication. Working for us is more than just a job, it is a career. Whether you are just starting out or starting over, if you are willing to learn this could be a perfect fit for you.
