Mark was the agent for our buyer. He ignored multiple emails from our agent. Then he sent a cancellation notice at the last moment timing it so we could not arrange for any marketing over the weekend. Next he had the gall to text our agent at 5 am this morning asking for the cancellation notice. Needless to say the escrow company was not even open then. So Mark woke our realtor up for absolutely no reason -not kind, considerate, or professional.

I was moving to Sonoma and having trouble finding a rental. Someone told me to call Mark, even though he doesn't deal with rentals. Mark went out of his way to help us out of the good of his heart.
