We had such an amazing experience with Poolside Vacation Rentals. They were extremely easy to communicate with and quick to respond in the booking process. It was such a nice touch that after our first night staying here they had brought donuts by as a nice welcome. There was a basket full of snacks and coffee and tea which they provided. Just so many little touches that set this experience with Poolside Vacation Rentals apart from most of my other rental experiences with other companies.

Let me tell you. This house was amazing. And the property management company was even better. Team Poolside went above and beyond when it came to communication. They are by far everything an Airbnb host should be. They answered every question or concern with the best responsive time I have ever seen. Jessica even stopped by on our second day and brought us some muffins. I couldn't have had a better time.

5 star experience is all this company does. The ladies in the office are a pleasure to speak with every time very easy to talk to and very professional. We had to call In on the first night around 9pm because we could not figure out how to heat the spa we spoke with Cassidy and she informed us that Jessica will be there asap and no kidding she was there in 15 minutes WOW that is very fast, She walked us through it and explained how to operate everything. Overall me and my family had an excellent vacation. Thanks again to everyone at team Poolside for ensuring we had an amazing stay we are for sure

In my forty years of working with rental properties and property managers I’ve never come across a company as competent as Poolside Vacation Rentals.
This is a team of top notch professionals dedicated to providing the best service to both owners and guests.
Before switching to Poolside Vacations Rentals I had constant concerns and disappointments regarding the condition of my home and the guest, neighbor experience. This is not the case any more, they stay on top of literally everything, their communication and follow through is excellent which is so important for peace of mind. My only regret

We bought a short term rental in Palm Springs over a year ago and signed up with a property management firm that shall remain nameless. Of course it started out good and went downhill from there. Reservations started drying up, they weren’t responding to emails, and the owner was a complete diva. Enough of that bad experience. After that experience, I interviewed 5 firms, large and small. I interviewed firms for their experience in marketing, customer service, maintenance ability, rates. At the end of the day, I think all firms are fairly equivalent on marketing as they all use the Airbnb, VRBO

Beautiful house and is bigger than in looks in the photos! We had three families and we each had our own space with plenty of separation between the rooms. The pool area is comfortable, even in the heat. The kitchen is big and lots of room to have many cooks in at the same time. Love the neighborhood and we brought our bikes and explored all the other pools around. So fun! I would definitely recommend this house. Poolside vacation rentals is the best! Just a text away if you have any questions- very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

However, the staff are the BEST! They are responsive, courteous, and beyond helpful. They were always available when we had a question and they made sure our stay was stress free. They are like your personal concierge. Do you need suggestions about what to do or where to go? Questions about the house or neighborhood? They are on the spot with answers to our questions and helpful.
