Worst experience felt like I was being discriminated. The consultant didn’t even introduce herself when I told her about my acne problems she said it’s because the face mask and the season, “everyone is having problems right now.” She showed me the products they sell and constantly told me I can get their travel size items “it’s cheaper” or just buy Cerve a drugstore item. I asked about their facials and she told me “we are not a spa and it’s actually to make your skin healthier.” There was definitely many remarks that were very impolite and not profession. I saw Vanessa on Aug. 20, 2021. I was a few minutes late and she was clearly annoyed and acted as if she was doing me a favor just seeing me. She didn't introduce herself when she approached me and mentioned twice, during our session, that I was late and she would have to cut our time short because she had another appointment right after mine. She started our session by suddenly zapping me in the face with an instrument and then said, "that's what the laser feels like." She didn't even prepare me or explain what I could expect! I checked, after my session, to see if indeed she had another appointment
