Pros:
1) Owner was present at the site.
2) Quick to schedule as per our convenience.
3) Pro was detailed in his explanation.
4) Report was provided in short time which helped us to renegotiate repairs with the seller.
Cons:
1) Felt they were a bit expensive.
2) Had to pay extra to inspect sprinklers which could have been easily covered with the price of inspection.
3) Some spots were missed .
4) Low voltage devices were not covered in the inspection.

First time customer. Called needing an appointment the next day, was told that wasn’t a problem. Very helpful customer service. Had John do our pre-drywall inspection. He was very professional, through, and friendly. Took time to answer additional questions my wife had about our build and the inspection. We will be requesting John for our remaining two inspections!

Our TLC inspector, Nathan, was extremely helpful in explaining any areas of our new home purchase that may or may not need some attention. He offered some common sense solutions and made good recommendations for other proper follow ups. The folks at the TLC office were very professional and provided great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TLC or to use their services again.

Julie did a good job for my pre-drywall inspection today! She showed up on time, check studs, roofing and other areas in detail. She caught a lot of tiny but important issues which is very valuable. Also she is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all of my concerns/questions for pre-drywall inspection. The report was delivered quickly and the information is clear. I am glad to hear that she gave a very positive overall feedback about the current work that did by my constructor. I think we will work again at my final inspection!

First let me say everyone I spoke to with this company was 5*s themselves, Brandy and Madison were extremely sweet, they listened to what my individual needs were and we're quick to be able to help!
I spoke with Nick who is the company owner and I explained to him the stress and worries I have about our current home builders work and he was able to leave me with a very strong sense of security going forward. I feel that Nick went above in beyond in hearing me out and even taking a look at the home even though he was not my assigned inspector directly. Robert was the one who did the inspection

Kevin was our inspector and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient when we stayed through the entire inspection and answered all of our questions, gave recommendations on repairs and what simple things we could do ourselves. TLC took our inspection request on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and still had us scheduled for Friday morning, and Kevin sent the official report in by Friday evening resulting in a super fast turn around.
