After a terrible first experience with Alliance Movers I decided to give them another try against my better judgment. I hired two movers for two hours and only one arrived. The owner, Amin, showed up over an hour past the reservation time to help with the move that was nearly completed. He was disrespectful and rude and demanded I pay him for an hour's worth of moving despite the fact that the mover, Adam, had singlehandedly moved in everything except for a mattress. Amin began throwing a fit about how I should pay him for his commute, and that I should be grateful he arrived to move the mattress

Alliance movers was able to move a dear friend from his 1 bedroom apartment of 23 years to a storage unit. They were quick and organized. They shrink wrapped items to protect them in the move and were very careful with a few glass top pieces padding and shrink wrapping before moving them to the truck. Despite a few elevator access issues all items were packed onto the truck and unloaded and packed in the storage unit. Amin and his team got the job done.
